The person that helped me was a guy named Paul - he was really great in helping me find not only a pair of glasses but a cool pair of sun glasses as well. Getting glasses can be a little stressful since it's not something you really do all that often, but Paul was really knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions quickly. Longwood operates pretty efficiently. HOWEVER, DO NOT pay your copay in cash. Even though I took a receipt every time I paid cash, as that is an open invitation for "sticky fingers" if I didn't, they are still billing me for my copay for two visits, which I don't owe. This has never happened to me anywhere before. I believe the billing is handled at another location. Other than that I would highly recommend them.
