Overall, Eye care group service was good. However, I specifically asked if they are experienced with Zeiss lenses, and I've been told that they do have experience. Dr. Koppe did a pretty good job in adjusting my prescription. However, when it came the time to order the lenses, it seems like it was the first time they ordered Zeiss glass lenses, and they needed to send it to a laboratory in Toronto. It took quite some time to get the glasses (about 3-4 weeks), and then the lab made a mistake, and didn't include the coating for anti-reflectance. So, they had to send it back to Toronto, and they had to re-do the lenses. This time, it was good, but after about a month or two, I started to have scratches, which you're not suppose to have with glass lenses, and specifically if these are Zeiss lenses. Apparently, if the laboratory doesn't do a good job in applying the coating, the coating starts to peal, and looks like scratches. So, I had to re-send the lenses to Toronto again (I got a one year warranty), and now I got the glasses back. However, when I compare these lenses with my new glasses, which I ordered from another optometrist (whom is specialized in Zeiss lenses and sends the frame to Zeiss laboratory in Germany), there's really nothing to compare. I can see much better with my new lenses that were produced in a laboratory in Germany. Other than that, it seems like the people who work in Eye care group don't know much about lenses, because the reaction I got is that my lenses only had "hairline scratches" and therefore the laboratory in Toronto will not agree to replace it, despite the warranty. Another response I got is that there's nothing I can do about scratches, and that I will get it anyway. I can say that I have Zeiss lenses for about 14 years, and I have no scratches at all, so all in all, Eyecare group gave me false information that they are "Experienced" with Zeiss, when they actually are not experienced, because they told me that this is the first time they are doing glass lenses, and it's the first time they sent it to a laboratory in Toronto, and that they are not familiar with this laboratory. So, if you're looking for a high quality Zeiss lenses, Eye care group is not the place for you. They also charge much more than the newer Optical shop I used for my newest pair, which made a much better product. read more
