I…read morehave some dental anxiety due to some dental work I had a few years ago, and he has always been so good to work with me and to make sure that while I am in the chair that I am doing ok. His assistants are always so sweet and the ladies at reception are so efficient as well. I love that after just a couple visits, they knew who I was when I got there and they would just verify the info with me, let them know I was there, and within a few minutes someone would come out to get me. Dr. Schvaneveldt is so fun and such a jokester and I enjoy that I feel like I can joke around with him and that he doesn't feel that he has to be so buttoned up all the time. I believe that bedside manner is so important when you are picking someone for your care team and I am so glad that I picked Ridgeview when I was looking for someone that would take my insurance because Dr. Schvaneveldt is one of the most fun and caring dentists I have been to. ***As a side note...I read through all the previous reviews and I can't imagine Dr. Schvaneveldt EVER being the way some of the people that left 1-star reviews say he was. I would HIGHLY recommend instead of taking their word (or mine for that matter) you give him a try for yourself. From the first shot my entire body was in distress. Of course I knew I would experience pain but this was outrageous. He was aggressive and I was showing extreme distress pulling my legs up off the chair and turning my face. He continued and did not stop even though I was bawling my eyes out. I went into fight or flight, freeze . I froze and was scared to death. I'm not one to not speak my mind but my mind and body went into trama mode. He never once showed any concern or asked if I was ok! Any dr. I've ever seen has stopped or showed comfort when in the slightest pain! I feel like he could care less about me as a human. After slamming the forth shot into me I finally found the courage to say I need a break! I told him whatever it took to get out of there! I felt I was not safe. He was irritated and short with me. I said I would reschedule knowing I would not. I left there shaking and could not see through tears and make up. I pulled out of the parking lot and parked across the street and called my daughter while shaking. My body trembled for four hours after and I was tramatized for weeks. Being rude and dismissive of patients pain and concerns is against his code of ethics and I'm sure he learned this in school but seems to not give a shit!!!!I my opinion only but I believe this guy is very mentally disturbed I finally found a loving caring dentist that started my process with the upmost care and professionalism. The dental hygienists do a very thorough job at making sure your teeth are clean. Dr. Webber does an excellent job at inspecting your mouth and teeth. I've gone to other dentists who have not helped me with my gum problems. I went to Dr. Webber and my gums have not looked better for the first time in a while. My little boy goes here and everyone makes him feel so comfortable that he is not scared when he gets his teeth cleaned. The current location of the building is the original building that was renovated after the roof caved in due to snow. The new Office is beautiful and relaxing.

They sent us home with the second canvas that was incorrect and then refused to give us the third one because we didn't know we were supposed to bring back the incorrect one so they could cut it up and throw it away. She will gladly and without shame tell you "We want your money. We won't service you until we get it." Do you really think that's an appropriate way to ask for that? and then proceeding to say. "Well, haven't you gotten any letters?" When we have not, and mailing is just unreliable nowadays. You have clients emails and numbers, maybe call for better communication? Also threatening your clients about it when they are more than willing to pay (bad communication on your end) is not the appropriate way to ask. Also, the last few times that I have been in, Dr. Gray seemed to be in a horrible mood and just complaining the whole entire time. I've given him the benefit of the doubt the last couple of times, but just can't be around it anymore. I also noticed that the last appointment I was at, there was a molar that was drilled on which DIDN'T need any work done and a week later it became sensitive. I just ended up getting it fixed by another dentist. Not to mention, my mother struggles with severe depression and struggles just simply taking care of herself. My mother went in to him one day, and Dr. Brent Gray took one look in her mouth and was making fun of her because of what he saw. So if you're struggling with your mental health, I would recommend going somewhere else with more empathetic people. This place is outdated, and they seem to care more about your money than you as a person. Just lost 4 loyal, long time customers.

She called back immediately and told me to bring her in the next day. I have to say what an incredible experience it was. Doctor Gray went out of his way to help my mother, Kind, caring and i just plain simple a Pro. I know some of these reviews, you always wonder if someone made it up or so, but i will say that this dentist is incredible. I wish i lived here. If he and his staff are a representative of the people of Cache Valley, i want to live here. I've told at least 5 people since I've been here about this dental office.
