They are good at what they do and are not afraid to refer you to someone else if they feel that a specialist is required. Recently he referred us to an office in Pocatello so our kids could see a pediatric dentist to help with their special needs. He has pulled one of my molars and I was pretty comfortable the whole time. I still have fillings from 4 years ago that I haven't had any issues with. They even have TV's with satellite setup to take your mind off of your time in the chair, you can even choose what you want to watch. Overall, they want to keep you comfortable and try to treat you right the entire time you are there and for as long as you are their patients.

My little boy goes here and everyone makes him feel so comfortable that he is not scared when he gets his teeth cleaned. His assistants are always so sweet and the ladies at reception are so efficient as well. From the first shot my entire body was in distress. Of course I knew I would experience pain but this was outrageous. He was aggressive and I was showing extreme distress pulling my legs up off the chair and turning my face. He continued and did not stop even though I was bawling my eyes out. I went into fight or flight, freeze . I froze and was scared to death. I'm not one to not speak my mind but my mind and body went into trama mode. He never once showed any concern or asked if I was ok! Any dr. I've ever seen has stopped or showed comfort when in the slightest pain! I feel like he could care less about me as a human. After slamming the forth shot into me I finally found the courage to say I need a break! I told him whatever it took to get out of there! I felt I was not safe. He was irritated and short with me. I said I would reschedule knowing I would not. I left there shaking and could not see through tears and make up. I pulled out of the parking lot and parked across the street and called my daughter while shaking. My body trembled for four hours after and I was tramatized for weeks. Being rude and dismissive of patients pain and concerns is against his code of ethics and I'm sure he learned this in school but seems to not give a shit!!!!I my opinion only but I believe this guy is very mentally disturbed I finally found a loving caring dentist that started my process with the upmost care and professionalism. Rooms are only semi-private, which I usually hate, but they are arranged in a way that is comfortable. Netflix on overhead flatscreens is a nice distraction, but on busy cleaning days, they don't always work. Service here is the genuinely friendliest I've ever encountered at a dentist. And it's everyone, doc included. He's also very knowledgeable. Waits can happen, but not too often as they usually have scheduling right on. This may just be the best non-pediatric office in Logan.
