But almost everyone else who I have worked with/talked to is so hard for me (Many of the nurses and PAC's). They don't take time to read the charts or they don't understand certain things so I have to retell my story everytime and it is so annoying and makes appointments a lot harder. I have a history of recurrent pregnancy loss and Dr. Kirkman has been amazing to work with. The office is HORRIBLE at returning phone calls HORRIBLE. They never call me back with lab results, I always have to call them and am usually on hold for 10+ minutes. I think they have called me back 2/10 times when they said they would and it was always at least a few days or weeks later than they said I should expect the call. The only reason we stay here is because of Dr. Kirkman. After our third miscarriage, Mickensi Paget said "like 90% of miscarriages are genetic and are just chromosomal abnormalities so if I were you guys I wouldn't even worry! Who knows, maybe next time you'll have twins." And then she said "and next pregnancy we'll have you take progesterone and baby aspirin." I told her I was taking it during that pregnancy and she said ... "oh you were? Dang. That helps almost everyone we see." That is not the time or place to say any of those things and I know a lot of miscarriages are due to chromosomal abnormalities, but it isn't 90% of them, especially not with recurrent loss. There was no reason for her to say those things and my husband and I both felt they were very insensitive comments. I hope she can realize the effect of her words and next time stick with "I'm sorry you're going through this" or anything else then what she said.

Dr Ahlstrom has to be the worst OB/GYN I have had the most unfortunate chance of being a patient…read moreof. I am surprised this man still has a medical license after I heard he was fired for doing the same stuff in Provo from a former coworker of his. He refuses to allow to stop a medication even if you are deathly allergic to it, I have heard from other former patients of his that he left medical equipment inside of patients, purposely ignored complications. He calls himself a PCOS specialist but he is anything but, I highly recommend going to another doctor. Him still having a medical license is absolutely disgusting and says a lot about the healthcare system prioritizing clearly malpractice over the life of the patient.
