I was here last Saturday & was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury!I had to have 3 medicines(a Benadryl capsule,a Toradol shot & a Reglan shot!I was seen by a Dr.Skinner & had CJ as one of my nurses & a nurse leader by the name of Matt!Their experience & care quality were the best ever!Will keep on coming here for my medical needs!The Dr.& nurses had the best experience ever to my care!If you need medical care & your Dr.'s on vacation,come here!You won't be steered wrong on this review! read more

I have never had worse interactions with a medical facility in my life than I have with Cashe Valley Hospital. I tore a rotator cuff in my shoulder over 4 months ago, and was only able to schedule an MRI 3 months later (which was a nightmare on its own considering the automated phone scheduler). Here I am the day of the appointment, and I want to confirm that I have the correct time. After wrestling with the automatic phone system for 10 minutes, I finally reach a human, who immediately puts me back into the auto system after saying "let me transfer you". The second time around I am able to explain what's happening to a human, just to find out my insurance denied the MRI weeks ago and the wonderful people at Cashe Valley Hospital didn't feel the need to let me know about it. I've been a patient here twice(last time was last January 6-9,2023)!The Dr.s & nurses treat you with respect & courtesy & is a specialty hospital!I come here for my healthcare needs & they do one on one care for their patients!I've also been here for COVID,acute pancreatitis(twice),UTIs & dysphagia!The Dr.s & nurses are very kind,respectful & courteous to their patients!I'll gladly recommend this place to those who ask & will keep on coming to this hospital!They're the best! read more

Dr. Harper was friendly and thorough, but there has been no follow-up from the hospital.

I went for an ultrasound. I was told I could pay $40 if I paid cash, but then I was informed that because I have insurance my copay would actually be over $400. When I asked if I could pay cash and not charge my insurance, they said that was not an option. Whatever payment scheme they have set up here incentivizes patients to not have insurance, and punishes the responsible people who pay their premiums and contribute to healthcare. read more

Recently my wife had a baby here and the experience was great. For pushing a little human being out I think it was about about as good as we could hope for. The nurses were fantastic and I want to thank Cyann, Julie, and Lexi for really being outstanding and professional nurse. The accommodations were excellent. The information provided at discharge was very informative and useful. All our questions and concerns were addressed appropriately. read more

I have good and bad things about thia hospital. I took my mother whos in a wheelchair that had to fast for her appt there it was my first time taking her i couldnt believe how bad the wait time was we waited over an hour an half just to get into a room amd waited even longer, they wouldnt give any updates while waiting and when the dr. did come out he made no apology for the wait and in fact with one patient told her it was her fault for her wait because she reschedule even thou she drive 2 hrs just to come to this hospital and told the rest of the patient's that they have no staff, this hospital wait is ridiculous my mother then inform me that it wasn't the first nor second wouldnt recommend this hospital to anyone read more
