The staff were attentive and did the how they could to make my wife comfortable. This is an exemplary facility. We had to stop few times on the way and finally went to the ER. Luckily, they weren't very busy. We got checked in and taken to the room in 10 min. The nurse and MD were both very nice. Once they found out that we had a flight home in just a few hrs and still had a way to go to SLC they took care of us pretty fast. Basic labs were done in 10 min and I was given copy. We have been through this scenario multiple times with her over the years at a different Ogden hospital and the same situations with my dad who passed years ago and without family being there 24/7 they would have died in the hospital. At McKay Dee they were so professional and kind I was shocked. Even the CNA's were very competent and kind which made for a constant rotation of people attending to her multitude of needs. Sometimes hospital reviews can be dependent upon the outcome of the patient affecting how family feels about the experience. My mother's outcome isn't great, but it wasn't for lack of care. They just have wonderful people working there.

We will then go to a different doctor at a different clinic who will correctly diagnose them and prescribe the meds needed. We have wasted so much time and money at wee care getting nothing done while my kids suffer with sickness that can be treated. Strep, ear infections, and now sinus infections have all been misdiagnosed as "looking perfectly fine" only to find out days later the infection suspected was present. I do not recommend.
