He said that something that should be there was totally missing, but when I took it to Viking, they were able to find it just fine. Weird experience with this guy and he seriously lacks a sense of humor. I Took my car in for what should have been a simple oil change quickly turned into a nightmare. Just 2 days later oil light came on and the check engine light came on. Went back immediately. When I returned I let the front desk know what happened and then Sully grabbed my key and not too long after said everything was fixed. No details on exactly what he did but said he fixed it . Well not even a week later the check engine light back on and car cut off on me... I reached back out the guy who originally did the oil change I was told had been let go ... they didn't document anything when I brought the car back the second time due to check engine light... I talk to OWNER Eddie who assured me he was going to make it right ... He had them do a full diagnostics and said it's the MAF sensor .. after text message saying I can pay 167 plus tax for the part and they will do it and not charge for labor... My wife get to the shop yesterday waits over 3 hours for part to arrive after they ordered the wrong part... I was told by the front desk person he called the OWNER Eddie and was told he is not in the losing money business and he was no longer willing to resolve the issue / do anything with my car after stating he would get it fix he cares about his customers.... RUN RUN RUN ...he is saying it does not have anything to do with the oil however the person who did my oil change and the front desk person who did not document anything no longer works there... He stop responding to my text and now I'm left with a 2019 he called a OLD car by the way 2019 that has check engine light still on!!! I wanted to share because nobody deserves this in this already hard economy!!!!!!!!!!!!! When someone finally picked up there was silence until I said "hello?" The woman responded with a "hello" and I confirmed I had dialed Sunoco. Once that happened, I inquired about their (advertised) NO ETHANOL gas. They're almost an hour away, so I wanted to confirm they had it before making the trek to get ( we've had no luck finding it locally ). She responded by saying they didn't have it ... I then tried asking if she had a suggestion on where to find it; her response was to hang up on me I realize it's a beautiful Saturday afternoon and she probably doesn't really want to be working. As they say "it is what it is". In my opinion, if she chose to make the best of it, and to be pleasant to customers it would make the day faster (IMO) By making a decision to be so abrupt on the phone, she alienated me as a customer and inspired me leave to this review I always forget to leave reviews, but in this instance I am making an exception in hopes that the business sees this, and is able to remedy the situation. As my Grandfather used to say "you can't fix something if you don't know it's broken" First impressions are IMPORTANT & typically not forgotten, so I'm not certain I will become a customer, but I'm hoping this will be looked at by management as a tool to make some much needed "repairs" ... so more potential long-term customers aren't lost
