I was so nervous it would be crowded and literally any time in the morning or during the day, there is no one there! (Or less customers and no line) It does get crowded when people get off of work or in the evenings, but other than that, what a calm experience, for someone who gets high anxiety in the Costco parking lot.

Old gentleman was totally ignoring me like I was not there. He was restocking cigarettes in front of me and ignored me about 5 minutes. To get his attention, I said excuse me sir and explained why I was there. Without saying anything, he printed out a receipt and handed it to me . Even though I thanked to him, at same time he yelled at me " now what" ? I cannot believe his hostile behavior towards customer.

I Took my car in for what should have been a simple oil change quickly turned into a nightmare. Just 2 days later oil light came on and the check engine light came on. Went back immediately. When I returned I let the front desk know what happened and then Sully grabbed my key and not too long after said everything was fixed. No details on exactly what he did but said he fixed it . Well not even a week later the check engine light back on and car cut off on me... I reached back out the guy who originally did the oil change I was told had been let go ... they didn't document anything when I brought the car back the second time due to check engine light... I talk to OWNER Eddie who assured me he was going to make it right ... He had them do a full diagnostics and said it's the MAF sensor .. after text message saying I can pay 167 plus tax for the part and they will do it and not charge for labor... My wife get to the shop yesterday waits over 3 hours for part to arrive after they ordered the wrong part... I was told by the front desk person he called the OWNER Eddie and was told he is not in the losing money business and he was no longer willing to resolve the issue / do anything with my car after stating he would get it fix he cares about his customers.... RUN RUN RUN ...he is saying it does not have anything to do with the oil however the person who did my oil change and the front desk person who did not document anything no longer works there... He stop responding to my text and now I'm left with a 2019 he called a OLD car by the way 2019 that has check engine light still on!!! I wanted to share because nobody deserves this in this already hard economy!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be making sure this shop is held accountable for the negligence of my vehicle and not having any documentation on a retuned visit and the owner not following through with his agreed promise!!!!!!

For whatever reason there are only 4 pumps. The machines seem pretty new which was helpful. And if you sign up as a member, you get cents off for fill up.
