Totally scams! I placed order $5,000 in person in their warehouse. They broke the delivery date due w/o notice. When I called them many times, very hard to reach and was in vacation suddenly. I had to reschedule the next delivery available. Even on the re-scheduled delivery date, they could not keep the time and called me they would deliver and install at night time in my back yard. I was so mad and cancelled the order with my credit card bank. It took 2 months for credit card settlement and I won. but they suddenly sued me (Small claim). I had spent a ton of money and time to prepare for the claim with my lawyer hired. Finally I won even in the LA court. but, In my credit report paper, the record has been shown up even if I won the case and the fact that I was sued and had a trouble with someone in the court seems to be stressful in my remaining life. --- Their web site claims "Made in USA" with US flag. What a scam!! I will file the fake in US Commercial & Trade govt. when I came in their warehouse and asked them "where are the materials(iron frames) coming?" then they replied "from Oversea". Surely from China. So, you need to be careful "Made in China and just assembled & built by M***cans. Bad n Cheap iron frames are easily distorted and broken a little by little and collapse the balance btwn right-left side and will hurt your lower back, neck, other joints n muscles. read more

I ordered multiple items during COVID-19 pandemic so it was near impossible to get any equipment anywhere. The original estimate to get the equipment was 4-6 weeks, and it took 7-8 weeks total. Which was fine, because supply by almost any company was unpredictable. Ralph at the Ontario location would contact me and give me updates before I even had to ask him, so I'm very appreciative of him being proactive and helping me get my things as fast as possible, I picked up one of the items before he even got it out of his truck thats how soon he let me know. The equipment itself I'm very happy with, very good quality and a big plus having it assembled by Ralph took away a lot of stress and trouble. Can't wait to get more equipment for my home gym at ETE. I have been getting my gym equipment from their Ontario location. They have a large warehouse filled with everything to meet your needs. I have a 7ft half rack made by them. The rack is sturdy and allows me to lift heavy weights. I had some spotter arms which were made by ETE and recently I purchased a pulley system and safety squat bar. Everything I have purchased has been solid and it's built to last. They offer LE, Military and Firefighter discounts. Picked up some weights, bench and rubber flooring for my home gym. More convenient than ordering online. Great place to start for your basic home gym needs. They are nice in person. Did have a small issue with calling, had to do 3 calls to get through, but the place is big and has lots of things to choose from. Found this place on craigslist. First of all, this place is in the heart of an industrial area. Parking is horrible so when you park your car on the street please be aware of what people can see. Second of all, prices are off the wall! If priced had a weight it would be like trying to power clean 1000lbs. They make their own equipment but that doesn't mean they can charge as much as they do. I would rather buy the "Nike" of Crossfit and purchase Rogue equipment if I'm going to spend that much money. Save your time spend a little gas and expand your search on craigslist to the Inland Empire even. I went to another place and man, I got everything I needed for a home CF gym for a quarter of what I would have spent at Extreme Training Fitness. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating (I've worked with a different person each time), willing to take the extra step to help me out. They also match or beat prices of any one selling similar quality workout equipment. Their equipment is top quality for way cheaper than anywhere else I looked, and if you come during the sales like I try to do, it's hard to find cheaper prices anywhere. I've heard from friends who have visited this store that if possible, they'll make custom designed equipment for your needs. The customer service with ETE was stellar. After email, phone, and text messages to the fitness armory this week after being told equipment would ship two weeks ago, I called ETE (they are the manufacturer of the equipment I purchased, but sold to me by a third party-the fitness armory) to see what information I could find out. A live person picked up and said he would look into the matter. 10 minutes after our conversation, another person called me back and told me about my order and when it will arrive. He explained the details for where my equipment was and when it would be delivered. He Talked with me for 10 minutes about ETE and their equipment. He also told me to call his personal number at any time in the future for purchasing or questions. This is very impressive since ETE didn't get the original order, but will get my business in the future. BTW, The Fitness Armory finally sent me a text saying equipment would ship next week but never gave the reasoning behind why it took them so long or the reason it took so long to manufacture my equipment.
