THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I hired Unify Smart Home to set up surround sound systems for two of my…read morehomes. First, I purchased my Sonos ARC, sub, and receiver through them. For my first home, the actual owner showed up for my installation. This guy was amazing! He connected my Sonos Arc and Sub in my living room and ran my wired outdoor speakers through my walls using the Sonos receiver. I was so impressed I hired them a second time. Next, Unify connected my Yamaha receiver to my second home's upstairs loft. Again, they ran the speaker wire through the walls and ran power and HDMI cables through my cabinets. I also purchased a second sub and receiver from Unify for my living room and had the tech connect my ARC, two subwoofer, game room, and outdoor speakers. These guys are true masters of their art! I will be calling them to set up my smart home soon.

I TRULY wish we could give these guys a ZERO RATING! Absolutely unacceptable lack of service and…read moreextremely poor communication with this company! The Owner (and I believe it was his son), came out to install our EV box and RV plug in our garage. We had faith they installed everything correctly so we haven't had to check the RV plug until now that we have the Santa Ana's coming through and potential power shut-offs. We needed to get our generator plugged in and when we went to do that we saw the RV plug was installed UPSIDE DOWN making it unusable. My husband messaged the Owner to come out to correct THEIR MISTAKE and he refused with essentially a, "No sorry, we're busy". WTF??? We made them aware of this back in early Dec 2024, yet they've made no effort to come in over 50 days, despite us asking for help numerous times!! We've never had such poor service and have never encountered a company who's OWNER lacks accountability for their mistakes!! Atrocious, to say the least! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR ELECTRICAL (OR ANYTHING, for that matter) NEEDS!! ZERO INTEGRITY!
