I explained that the job would need to be permitted and that he would need to work when there was not a guest staying in the house and he agreed to both and said I would need to give a 50 percent deposit. I wrote and he cashed a check for $4435 in February. He attempted to get a permit but ran into difficulties and said the workers at the City of Orlando permitting department were 'a bunch of immigrants' and 'towel heads'. He said he only needed two more pieces of information and would get the permits. He has not been in communication with the city since April, still has no permit, refuses to return my deposit, and will not reply to my messages to call me mor is he accepting my phone calls. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! This will now need to be resolved with legal means, unfortunately.

The pavers were not properly leveled or repaired, and shortly after the installation many of the pavers cracked. The workmanship was poor from start to finish. After multiple attempts to have the issues corrected, Thiago stopped responding and never returned to complete the job or stand behind his work. The lack of communication and professionalism was very disappointing. To make matters worse, Thiago smoked on my property during the installation and left cigarette butts behind. That level of disrespect only added to an already frustrating experience. I now have to pay another professional to tear out and redo the entire project because it was not installed correctly the first time. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I would not hire this company again.

We had them fail the same job over 5 times until enough was enough and we got a different company to take over the work. They could not do a single thing right, do not trust them with your home. They will give you the run around, ignore phone calls and emails, and send the same contractors that failed the job over and over again to just try and cover up the bad work instead of redoing it and will only redo it if being watched or caught. They literally painted over mold and water damage instead of replacing it which was what was agreed upon and paid for just to save some money. Unfortunately we never had a single good thing come out of this company.

They are are full service contracting company with licenses for HVAC, Sitework, Roofing and now Plumbing. They are also licensed General Contractors so It's really one stop shopping with them. No need to call in another company to fix a small framing or plaster (old house) repair. I usually get a quote the same day and schedule shortly there after. To give a better more recent review, I have an older home, 80+ years which is rare for Florida, and I had to have the terracotta sewer lateral replaced in my back yard. I sent them a photos in an emails and I received a rough estimate right away. Once the rep from Massey, Joe, arrived I was given a confirmed quote and they did the work that day. The final price was only higher by about 5-7% and that was mostly due to my request for an additional clean out and replacement of a new branch line from cast iron to PVC. They came in about 30% less then the competitor quote, but in fairness to the other vendor there was a little difference the scope of work (bit more excavation and 2 foot gas line relocation). I really appreciate how well they communicated and follow up was great. That's rare for a contractor.
