I asked to see his work and he gave me addresses of other driveways he had completed in the area -- they looked great. In January, he said that they would start the last week of March and they were able to get going the first week of April -- impressive foresight and accuracy given how supply chain is jacked up these days. The concrete driveway took about a day to destroy and take away. The brick pavers (Belgard) took about two days to lay. After a couple of days of letting the concrete dry and avoiding poor weather, they sanded and sealed (twice) the pavers. We waited a few more days to drive on them. The whole process took about 10 days, which I thought was impressive given the poor weather at points. Paul was wonderful to work with. He was thoughtful and helpful -- answered questions and was reliable. There was a broken irrigation pipe underneath the pavers that he capped/fixed for us and help us think through other irrigation issues. He went above and beyond. The compliments we've gotten from the neighbors have been amazing -- I couldn't recommend Matao and his team more.

We had so many issues with the county that the project start date was delayed by more than 30 days. Once we got things started, Volusia County struck again and delayed our project more than 60 days requiring a Floor Variance, just before the holidays. They took their time processing everything. The entire time, Tim was patient and understanding. He kept in touch with us and did not waste time when we were able to move forward. He was a wealth of knowledge and guidance for us. His experience with materials, preparation, and construction documentation was valued through the entire process. Tim was very resourceful and when the county made things difficult, he had answers and local resources that cut time and kept things moving. If you are looking to get concrete work done, talk to Tim before you decide on a contractor, you will not regret it. We are VERY HAPPY with the results. We will not call anyone else for concrete work.

I'm putting this out to anyone who is thinking of getting Dreamcrete to do any job for them. This…read morecompany does not stand by their work or their employees that come out and do the job. I don't think I've ever hired anyone to do any kind of a job that would not come back out and fix their mistakes. I had Dreamcrete come out to my house to give me a bid for a stamped concrete driveway. A gentleman came out and was very thorough. When I asked him about removing the entire driveway, he was adamant that it didn't need to be done. He said our concrete had been there for a while and was done settling and there would be no need for that. I've worked with concrete in New Jersey in the past and I know it does crack, but he assured me that they cut into the cracks in the existing concrete and seal them. He also stated that because we don't get the cold weather here and the bonding used, it would not crack the stamping, He said they would be able to go right over the existing driveway. I reiterated about the cracking, considering they only put a 3/8 inch thin set over top of the concrete and that I was afraid it wasn't strong enough to hold the weight of vehicles, but again he assured me that it will not crack. He told me they've done this type of job before, including for Disney. Once they completed the job, it looked extremely nice. But, they put the expansion joint in the wrong place and had to come back and chip up the right side and redo it and re-cut the expansion joint.  While they were there, I showed them some of the cracks that were already coming through, which was only 5-6 months after the job was completed. They said they would reach out to their boss and get back to me. Once they left, I never heard back from them. A month later, I started seeing a lot more cracks, so I called them again. They sent someone out to look at it. He noticed how bad it looked and understood why I was upset and took pictures to send them to the boss. The boss said concrete is going to crack. I told him about the conversation I had with the estimator about him assuring me that it would not crack. His answer was that he no longer worked with the company. He continued by saying if I wanted it to be fixed, they could redo the entire driveway, but that I would have to pay them to redo the job. At that point, I already paid them almost $20,000. Since then, I've noticed the last few months that the stamping is now peeling away from the existing driveway and every time I blow off my lawn, I'm finding more and more pieces that are separating. This review is to give people a heads up to not use this company, they do not stand by their shoddy work.  If anyone wants to reach out to me regarding this matter, my name is Tom, feel free to call me at 609-457-7603. I would not recommend Fence Mall based on my experience. I…read morepaid a $1,600 deposit for a vinyl fence installation. Before any materials were ordered or work began, we submitted the required application to our HOA for approval. Unfortunately, the HOA denied the request and would only approve a black metal fence. As soon as I received the denial, I contacted Fence Mall and explained the situation. Since I specifically wanted a vinyl fence, I decided not to move forward with the project and requested my deposit back. They agreed to refund it, but told me they would keep 35% of my deposit as a cancellation fee. $600 To my knowledge, no materials had been ordered and no installation work had started because everyone was waiting for the HOA's decision. Despite that, they kept approximately $600 from my deposit. I understand that businesses need cancellation policies, but charging such a large fee before any materials were purchased or work was performed is unfair. I was unable to proceed due to circumstances outside of my control, and I don't believe keeping hundreds of dollars in this situation is reasonable. Specially with todays economy I hope Fence Mall reconsiders how it handles situations like this, because it left me feeling like I paid $600 for absolutely nothing. I encourage anyone considering using them to carefully read the cancellation terms before signing a contract. Or just wait for your association approval before giving deposit ...

July 4, 2025 At…read morefirst, I praised this company, believing they had done a good job. However, upon closer inspection, the overall work turned out to be sloppy and careless. I asked the owner/manager--the person I paid--to return and clean up the excessive cement pieces left scattered throughout the yard, as well as to remove their company sign. They never came back. One of the slabs was poorly finished, with significant overpour and uncleaned edges (see attached images). I repeatedly requested that they correct the work, but was told this is "common." In addition to the subpar finish, they left multiple water bottles tossed around the yard, further evidence of a lack of professionalism. Photos show the poorly done slab and the cement debris I had to collect myself. You can decide if this is the type of service you want to pay for. As it stands, I will likely need to request reimbursement to have the slab properly corrected
