At the time I was having a difficult time getting around after an accident and subsequent back surgery. It was about a year before I made it to the property to see the work. Without exaggeration it was the worst concrete work I have ever seen in all my years of experience. The hump over the culvert was so bad that cars going in and out of the driveway would bottom out.
