To keep a long story short, with just the necessary details, I would proceed with caution when choosing Florida Sealcoating LLC. They were not the cheapest company, but we chose them for our hotel parking lot because their answers fell in line with our questions. I had my concrete work done through them to fix a good amount of my curbs and concrete work on the property. I was advised by Preston that the concrete work needs to be done before the asphalt, so that's what we did. After that we had all the asphalt done. At no point did anyone tell me that all of my new concrete along with the old concrete would be completely destroyed. Also, a few of their staff members were spotted by a female guest from the hotel's 3rd story window peeing in the dumpster enclosure which created issues for me to deal with. This company will break all plumbing, stuff all drains and cut all wires in the parking lot without informing you. Also, they will charge you for the tack coat but apply very little amount or skip sections to apply it in. The sections they do put tack coat in will be walked and driven all over for 4 hours before they lay the asphalt. You will end up with many very large birdbaths in your parking lot as well. That being said, I paid a lot for this company to re-do my parking lot in addition to incurring very large losses to my hotel revenue from them stuffing drains and the water backing up into my entire building overnight on a sold-out night. We had to hand chisel out the drain that was stuffed and covered up by Florida Sealcoating LLC. This company will not take accountability for anything. read more
