I'm furious with the work they did. It looks like something I could've slapped together in my…read moredriveway. They yanked my tire jack out from under the seat just to cram the amp in there, then dumped the jack in the truck bed like it was trash. The amp under the driver's seat has a DSP sitting loosely on top of it, sliding around every time the seat moves, and they actually hot glued the amp to the DSP. Who does that? They mounted fuses directly to the battery -- so what am I supposed to do when the battery needs replacing? The wiring is a complete disaster, a tangled mess with zero zip ties, and one tweeter is missing. I expected real professionals, not this careless, half baked nonsense. I'll take the blame for not spelling out every tiny detail, but that doesn't excuse the sheer indifference and laziness these guys showed. It's unbelievable. On top of all this, it took three weeks and cost over $3000. Also, I had to spend an additional $3500 to have it done properly.

I called this shop and spoke with Charles. I was pleasantly impressed that he listened to what I wanted and took the time to discuss options. There was zero pressure and I was never pushed on a product. I ended up getting a complete stereo system with subwoofers. I hitched a ride with a friend and got to the shop a few hours earlier than it was supposed to finished and saw that they had a protective steering wheel cover and seat cover on it. I was happy to see that they treated it with care. Charles tuned the system, which made it sound like I was in the front row of a live show. He also took the time to sit in the vehicle with me and explain features and made sure I was happy. To sum it up, I found someone with a passion for what they do and they earned a life long customer. I purchased a Sony XAV-AX4000 radio from an online retailer and did a self install back last year…read morein October. The install did fine but after a few weeks the radio started not turning back on after turning the car back on the next day. The only thing that would work was to pull the fuse. Afterwards the radio would work fine for a day to two. Then it started doing it more and more. The online retailer sent me a new radio and helped me with the install. A few weeks later it started doing it again with the second radio. The online retailer couldn't help anymore. I told my wife "I give up"..... I drove by Rollin Sound and discussed my situation with them and they said no problem they know exactly fix the problem. I set up an appointment for the next day.
