5 star review I had Firehouse put tint on my 2013 Ford…read moreRaptor when it was brand new Dec 2012. About a month ago June 2025, I noticed some scratches & defects on the inside of the driver & passenger windows. I took it to Firehouse & had them take a look. They said the clear coat was peeling off and if I had my warranty paperwork they could replace it under warranty. I thought for sure that I had the warranty paper but after searching everywhere I couldn't find it. I made an appointment to have it replaced. I called them a few days early & they had a cancelation so I brought It in. I was willing to pay for the replacement tint since it was over 12 years old. Sandra said that they would stand behind their work & warranty even though I didn't have my original paperwork. So they replaced the tint in about 30mins or less & I was back rolling with fresh tint. I have used Firehouse on at least 3 vehicles & have recommended them to several coworkers & friends. They did a great job & even followed up to make sure that I was very satisfied. When they say Lifetime warranty, they back it up!

From start to finish, Solar Shade Window Tint completely exceeded my expectations. I reached out to…read moreseveral window tint companies, and they stood out immediately with their responsiveness and professionalism. I work in a fast-paced industry, so I don't always have the flexibility to jump on calls during the day. The fact that we were able to communicate through Facebook Messenger made everything incredibly convenient. Their team responded quickly, answered all of my questions, and explained the entire process in a way that actually made sense. That level of service alone set them apart. While other companies either didn't respond at all or gave short, unhelpful replies, Solar Shade Window Tint went above and beyond. The ladies at the front desk were especially wonderful--so kind, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to work with. They made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. Even while I was checking in, one of the technicians came into the lobby, took the time to answer a few additional questions, and was incredibly kind and professional. It really showed how much the entire team cares about their customers. I also drove about 40 minutes one way to work with them, and I can confidently say it was 100% worth it. If you're looking for a company that values communication, professionalism, and customer experience, Solar Shade Window Tint is it. Highly recommend!

The job was done well with the exception of a few bubble spots they said should disappear, if not…read morebring it back in. I rated it a 3 star due to the absurd charge they will put on your credit card if you charge and the fact I wasn't told that upon my initial quote. It would have added another $75 just to have the privilege of charging on my CC. So I said I would use my debit card instead, she said the same charge applies. I thought that was odd so so I looked it up after the fact and found that most credit card companies prohibit merchants from surcharging debit card transactions. So had I known that I would have probably left. My opinion is most of your customers are probably going to charge given the cost and that's just a part of doing business and not pawn off your surcharge fees to your customers. I previously owned a business so I know the process and didn't charge it to my customers. I left after dropping it off to get cash so my wife picked me up since they said it would 3 or more hours to complete. The cost to do a full ceramic UV film on my GMC Truck was rather high in my opinion at $710 but I chose to pay it anyway so the bad is on me if I didn't want the job done. This wasn't my original quote because I had them add the clear UV film to the passenger and rear windows since the factory tint has zero UV heat protection according to what they told me. Overall the job was done well! But the extreme additional costs at the end of the job that made me leave to get cash made the whole experience less than satisfactory. I will continue to watch the UV film clear up in some spots as they said and will update the review if I have problems.

The drive home in 95 degree weather with the afternoon soon beating down the inside of the car was nice and cool. I actually had to turn the A/C warning because I got cold lol! I called around to several different window tinted shops around town and I found working with Tint World was so easy. In fact the other businesses really wouldn't return my calls or emails. Andrea was very friendly and helpful when deciding which window tint for my wife's car to go with! I'm super pleased with the tint on my wife's car! It's prefect and she loved it when I got home. My wife's only request was she didn't want it so dark like I had in my trucks in the past. Today I went with the Ultimate Tint -2D -30%. Definitely recommend Tint World! Our next vehicle we will get tinted will be our motorhome. That will be coming soon. Thank you Tint World for a great job, friendly conversation and a "cooler car" during the summer
