I'm furious with the work they did. It looks like something I could've slapped together in my driveway. They yanked my tire jack out from under the seat just to cram the amp in there, then dumped the jack in the truck bed like it was trash. The amp under the driver's seat has a DSP sitting loosely on top of it, sliding around every time the seat moves, and they actually hot glued the amp to the DSP. Who does that? They mounted fuses directly to the battery -- so what am I supposed to do when the battery needs replacing? The wiring is a complete disaster, a tangled mess with zero zip ties, and one tweeter is missing. I expected real professionals, not this careless, half baked nonsense. I'll take the blame for not spelling out every tiny detail, but that doesn't excuse the sheer indifference and laziness these guys showed. It's unbelievable. On top of all this, it took three weeks and cost over $3000. Also, I had to spend an additional $3500 to have it done properly. read more

The service was absolutely amazing. I recently purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango and they had all the needed equipment to make my vehicle shake. The service was fast and the price was amazing. I definitely will be recommending them to others. Thanks Miami Pro Audio!!!!! read more

I have a 2011 Jetta. As I now discovered this car is prone to having the entertainment system go dark with absolutely no warning. Mine did. I called the dealership, $1800 just to buy the unit (not including installation). I called a few after market shops and after reading reviews settled on Miami Pro. What a great experience. Informative, Kind and priced fairly. They did not try to over sell me, gave me the best price on a Pioneer replacement and under promised and over delivered on the installation time. Kudos to this family business for their honesty and professionalism. My new system sounds better and has more functionality than the factory unit at about 25% less cost. Thanks read more

7 hours ago Had a problem with the speakers in my 4-Runner. Didn't want to go to a 'big box" store. Miami Pro Audio had temporarily closed its Beach Blvd location but decided to go the extra miles and drive to Main Street location anyway because of their reputation. Glad I did. Marcos and Joel know their stuff. No oversell. Prices were extremely competitive. And, they did a great job. Audio system sounds better than ever. I can pump the sound without worrying about blowing a speaker. In and out in 45 minutes like promised. Now Christy wants new speakers. Guess where I'm going! BTW - They crank the volume and bass more than I do. Note to self - buy Advil!!!! read more

I can't say enough about this family-run small business. Walked in with gear I had purchased elsewhere, and it didn't matter a bit. The installation turned out to be more complicated than had been anticipated, and it took a visit to both locations. But they worked diligently until the job was finished, and rather than charge more for additional install time, they gave me a partial refund because they took longer than expected. On the back of their t-shirts is the phrase "God Before Money". Miami Pro Audio epitomizes customer service, and I would recommend them to anyone needing an installation. And when I need another upgrade, they'll be my first stop. read more

Heard about Miami Pro Audio and decided to give it a try since I'm trying to upgrade all audio in my vehicle. Horrible owner/manager/person. After standing around close to 20 mins finally acknowledged by who I assume was the owner. He was less than welcoming. While looking at my cell phone he decides to admonish me about taking photos in his store. No good morning, no can I help you, no were you interested in looking at something, just a comment about photos in his store. Ironically enough, no photos were being taken, I was actually on social media having grown tired of waiting to be acknowledged, so it took little effort to launch my Yelp app and warn folks to think real hard before spending your hard earned money with such a horrible family owned business. For car audio at any level there are just too many options in Northeast Florida to invest money in a small business that treats customers this way. read more

It is a shame that people would leave bad reviews for such nice people that do an awesome job and are actually very professional. Had my pioneer champions installed in my 2016 charger. They did a fantastic job. I made an appointment for 3pm and they were ready and waiting to get started on the dot!I was with my whole family so they made sure to make it quick so we didn't have to wait long. We were directed to the waiting area by a little Spanish place that had delicious food and a good taste of music. As soon as we finished our food we received a call to our surprise that our car was ready. It was priced very fairly, and even received an e-reciep that broke down the charges. subs sounds excellent!!! I will definitely return and recommend to everyone. read more

Great personal service from everyone. Outstanding quality sound. Never knew my Prius could sound so awesome! The owner and his installer even stayed late to fix a software issue on the factory radio. read more

They did an AMAZING job installing infotainment system in my 2004 Honda. I knew I wanted the Pioneer touchscreen but they also offered deal for backup camera as well. Even when the initial Metra part didnt work out for my car, they were courteous and ordered an RPK part to install instead. And, they didn't charge me any extra. Last, what I love about them is that they allowed someone like me (bargain shopper, Amazon price comparer, Youtube watching, DIYer) to be comfortable enough to express what I wanted without judgment. When I was comparing calls with another detail shop, I had mentioned bringing my own part and that other shop told me "well you should install it yourself then." I'm grateful Miami Pro Audio was professional and remained courteous. I will recommend their services to anyone looking to upgrade their car! read more

Give yourself a favor and avoid Miami Pro Audio unless you want to burn money and deal with one of the rudest individuals in the business. I, just like most people found Miami Pro Audio through Google search. I took my car (Nissan 300ZX) to the shop, which by the way is in the middle of nowhere. Marcos and his employee looked at all the work that was going to be done. I wanted to replace the front speaker component set from a 6.5" to 6x8 component set. I wanted to put the old front speakers in the rear. I also wanted to relocate my 5 channel JL Audio amp to behind the seat. Marcos was very short and kept talking over me even then. It was as if he is giving me a favor by installing the system in my car. He advised me to get a 5 channel Class D amp. I told him that I was going to get a quality FOCAL 6 channel amp. He quoted me $500 for the speaker install and a $500 for amp install with new cables. He did not even inspect the cables to see if they even needed replacement. The price was pretty steep but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. The shop charged me $20 plus tax as a deposit that would be applied towards the final bill and I set up a time for the install at that point. I called the shop and asked them to add a stereo to the job and also wanted to talk to Marcos to see if we can salvage cables. Marcos's wife had stated earlier that stereo addition was fine, and would be added to the total bill. Then I talked to Marcos about salvaging amp cables and he started to scream that he gets $2K-$5K jobs in a day and mine was merely a little over $1k job and he did not need it. He wanted to replace all the cables. Again, I bought a FOCAL amp that I paid $1100 for. So I agreed with him to replace the cables. I was shocked by his tone of voice and his immature behavior but I chalked it to someone having a bad day. On the day of the install, I missed an hour of work. I had to explain what needed to be done again to a different employee (his son). The employee went back in the building and here comes Marcos. I explained to Marcos again exactly what I had discussed with him at least twice before and he starts screaming and tells me to take the car somewhere else and "Get the F out of here". He then tells me that the $1100 focal amp is junk (His shop is full of cheap crappy stuff btw), Calls the system Frankenstein, and says that I switched things on him ( after going over what needs to be done multiple times). He refuses to refund the deposit and screams that I am trespassing on his property. Marcos needs to be medicated. He is either too lazy or too incompetent to tackle more than a simple install. His arrogance and unprofessional behavior is horrible. Marcos is perhaps one of the rudest and shadiest business owners I have ever encountered read more

I called all over town trying to find a place to install my subwoofers and amplifier. To my luck, they are open on Sundays! This is a family owned, family run business. At first, I was a little skeptical because the shop resides in a flea market. But don't let that deter you. They own a lot of space and have just about every product you need. Everyone is professional and friendly. I did not feel like a regular old customer there. They treated me like they've known me for years. Marco and his sons are extremely knowledgeable about car audio all the way down to the science of it. I have found my audio shop and have no problems driving from Orange Park to Beach Blvd to get my work done there! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

Excellent and clean installs. Prices are great, customer service and experience is amazing. They ensure every car that leaves the shop is absolutely perfect, they go as far as to ensure everything is out of your old head unit before swapping to a new one, also are quicker than expected. read more

These guys are legit. Don't let their weekend location at Beach Flea Market throw you off. They do a great job! I started with a phone call and described the capability I wanted for my older Toyota van. They recommended a budget friendly option that gave me everything I wanted in a nice pioneer package. I decided to add a back up camera as well since it was all coming in below budget. Arrived early for my Sunday install and they had my order ready and waiting. Two hours later my older van is transformed with blue tooth, DVD/CD, radio, and backup camera. Everything works great and the sound is amazing. I highly recommend these folks. read more

My radio was in and out on my 2007 Mercedes c230. I searched around for pricing and of course a lot of other places were very expensive. When I first went to Miami Pro of course I was hesitant because it is located in a flea market, but the family was very professional and friendly. The quality of the work I received was very good. Instead of paying almost $2000 at other places, I ended up spending around $600. Can you say savings? Haha but thanks for your good work on my radio and I will definitely refer other people. read more

This is your one stop shop , this place is a genuine old school audio sound shop they treat you like family and go way beyond the call of duty and Marcos the owner went way beyond the scope of his obligation when a prior installer wouldn't honor their warranty on a radio I purchased , but Marcos made sure I was taken care by calling Pioneer himself and resolved my problem , this place is a good hearted family owned business and has given me A-1 service and my music ? Can't stop smiling it sounds concert hall clear far beyond what I expected to hear without going beyond my budget , they knew exactly what I needed without pushing overpriced equipment down my throat , they earned my lifetime respect and I will be a lifetime customer , I consider them family from my experience and the warmth welcoming and making sure I was beyond satisfied before I drove off Marcos and his wife and sons are a genuine find and ur experience with Miami audio pro will be the same and that I am sure of ..:... read more

At first, I was skeptical pulling up to the location. However, once I pulled up and began speaking with one of the employees, I was super impressed with the level of professionalism. They are true to their word. For example, they were booked out two weeks and one of the employees said they could squeeze me in the next day, but that was just a phone confirmation. Even though that same person that I had talked to was not working, the other employees honored that word and made it happen. The price was unbeatable and the sound is on point. I feel bad, but I forgot the employee's name, but he made my 2013 Equinox sound super clean. Great job and thank you Miami Pro. Dillon read more

Miami Pro Audio are professional and provided excellent service. They offered me options but did not oversell. Awesome experience!

Great service! I can't say enough about the service and value I received here. Marcos was very helpful helping me get the sound that I wasn't even aware I was looking for. This is a true family business and it's great to see how they all work together and work hard. A couple of reviewers complained about the wait. I walked in and introduced myself, Marcos remembered the conversation we had previously on the phone and we went to work evaluating my needs. The place was packed with customers, I thought he did a fine job trying to juggle several customers at once. I also believe it's pretty unfair to go to a small family business and expect to be treated like you're the only person in the place. I've dealt with this family once in the time span of a weekend and they earned my patronage for all of my families auto electronic needs. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that is in need of their product and service. read more

I had a scheduled appointment for a basic stereo installation yesterday at 9am. I was told when I arrived by the owner that they had to finish an install from the night before, before proceeding with mine. He asked if I could wait 15-20 minutes so they could finish. I agreed and proceeded to wait. Over 1 hour later, when I inquired to the lady in the office how much longer it was going to be before they even started on my install, the owner came in and told me to "stop harassing his family, and that I was acting like an ass" and that I was free to leave his establishment. Needless to say, I did, and it was quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more

Grade A service! The owner was very informative over the phone and offered a price much less than other car audio shops. When I went into the store the staff was friendly and worked with me to find the best system that suited my needs. They even went the extra mile to offer me a rebate and military discount. I'm a believer in hard working family businesses that put customers first. I'll be going back! read more

After being screwed by employees from a very renowned car audio shop in Jacksonville Florida my car was left a mess. I then decided to google the car stereo shops in Jacksonville Miami pro came up with the best reviews. And so they should upon arriving I was a bit nervous because their location is at a flea market however I soon reminded myself of the lesson don't judge a book by its cover. They have stuff for everyone it doesn't matter if you're filthy rich or poor they can get you rockin.. they are very nice honest family they run their business the way they should and if anyone here says anything about them not being right there on the spot please keep in mind that they're not doing it on purpose it's just there that busy. I myself have seen countless people come in that other car stereo shops have done horror stories to and fixed.. plain and simple you will not find a better deal.. you will not be treated better.. you may get impatient but that's just because they're that busy and that good.. their warranties are the best in the business. They can get you the best products for the best prices. Do yourself a favor before buying anything go by talk to them don't be foolish and go to another shop like I did. Why go to the rest when you can go to the best.. it's just simple logic image is nothing quality is everything and they will help you get the best quality for the money in your car. read more
