I had a cheerful call from a bank representative this morning (even after she had read the review!) and she walked me through it until I got it right. I have paid my bills and all's right with the world! I do appreciate her cheerful attitude in the face of a frustrated customer and I do like banking with FRFCU. We have been with them for years, and they have always gone the extra mile to help us whenever we've had issues, which has been seldom, and usually not things that are their fault.

Had checking, savings & a credit card with them…read more When Wells Fargo took over, my 8k limit card, with a zero balance & not one single late, was dropped to $2k with no notice & absolutely no explanation. I shreaded their crappy card & will wait for them to get the hint & close my credit account. I also closed out my checking & savings acct. They treat the customers of the companies they take over like crap. I can put & save my money anywhere. Went with Navy Fed. They gave me a card with a $25k limit & an 8.9 interest rate.

If you come in a 5:59 and make a deposit it posts instantly. The staff is amazing. Becky remembers my banking information and is always available for questions. My only "gripe" is because this is a branch location if you need a loan you end up dealing with the main office in Texas. Not that they are bad people down there, the issue is they do not know you and your accounts the same as your local branch staff does. Aside from that they are great!

This bank sends you a letter that you must sign every six months unless they see activity in your account. If you don't acknowledge the letter, this bank will begin taking fees from your account until you do or by law they must turn your holdings over to the state. This gives them about two years to pick your account clean like a buzzard, under the guise of "fees". There is no end to the audacity of bankers these days. Yes, a lot of banks do this, but every 6 months?!!! There are very few people or institutions that require us to check in with them every six months. Is this some sort of banking "watch list" or what?!! Ha. Do your banking elsewhere.
