I shreaded their crappy card & will wait for them to get the hint & close my credit account. I also closed out my checking & savings acct. They treat the customers of the companies they take over like crap. I can put & save my money anywhere. Went with Navy Fed. They gave me a card with a $25k limit & an 8.9 interest rate.

My only "gripe" is because this is a branch location if you need a loan you end up dealing with the main office in Texas. Not that they are bad people down there, the issue is they do not know you and your accounts the same as your local branch staff does. Aside from that they are great!

Please think long and hard about whether you want to do business with this organization. I have…read moreyears of good credit and have had accounts with literally dozens of different businesses over several years. They are by far the worst -- the office in Winchester is mismanaged, poorly staffed, unhelpful, backward, and ignorant to say the least. Such a shame a place like the Big Screen Store in Sterling, VA would use such a company to provide "interest-free" financing. It's such a joke but unfortunately the joke is on the consumer. DO NOT USE this company under any circumstances. I wish I had never had the displeasure to become acquainted with this horrible organization.

I've been an HR BLock customer for years. Paid them a small fortune. I have a MyBlock account. Use…read moreit every year to file my taxes. I cannot this year because after I filed last year I dropped one of my telephone numbers--the one associated with my HrBLock account. So when I try and log in I am told I have to verify myself. I choose my email. I get a code. I enter the code in. Then it says I need to verify myself in an additional way. Are you following where this is going? If so you guessed it. It requires me to get a use the old telephone number I no longer have to get another code for a second verification. I'm stuck. So I have called HR Block several times. They are clueless. I have tried the AI Assistant. It is dumb as the rest of them. So today I just called and was finally told what I have already realized--I am forever locked out of my account and no longer have access to previously filed tax returns in there or the ability to import this massive amount of data from their system to start this year's tax returns. Instead they only option I have according to them is to create another account with another email address and telephone number. Why would I continue doing business with HR Block and set up another account? I wouldn't. I won't. They obviously outsource their IT to people who only do what you tell them to do and cannot think about how to logically define requirements to b uild their systems. But at least they got a cheaper way to build a useless system.

Check in and maybe 4 min later, on time, I was called back to speak with Patricia. Patricia was prob good to retire in the next year or two I'm sure. * I quickly noticed her 35 year plaque on the wall. Impressive! I was pleased to have her help me out as I was clueless. Itemizing, daughter in college, stimulus. It's too much for my little brain, and Patricia was Heaven sent. Such a polite, kind and helpful person. I will return for as long as she is there. From making the appointment, to working with Patricia, I feel like I hit a homerun. Don't change a thing!
