Have a 820+ credit rating and have never missed a mortgage payment. Yet, you ask for a 50k home equity loan and they treat you like you have a 400 credit rating and no equity. They undervalue the homes and ask for documents that they have in hand. It's all a ploy to keep you hanging on while they toss your application from department to department. It's getting closer to me closing all accounts , stopping deposits and moving my mortgage. Banks need deposits but they act like it doesn't matter to them. Beware before going too deep with them , they will end up having you run in circles for your own money.
