The truck had to be taken to the shop no less than 6 times for the same problem. It came to the point where I now I had to come out of pocket for the $250.00 deductible. I drove the truck back to Texas after the last repair. Once back in Texans the truck engine light came on and the truck completely stopped. After a few minutes the truck restarted and I made it home. The mounting deductibles and the unreliability of the truck I voluntarily turned it back to CarMax due to the excessive repairs , mounting deductibles and the unreliability of the truck. Of course I expected to take a credit hit, however, after reaching a settlement on the balance of the payoff, I was still taking negative hits on my credit report monthly. (or "JR"). I provided exact details of the deal I was looking for, including: 2026 Hyundai Tucson Limited (Hampton Gray) 36 months / 12,000 miles $3,000 down $380-$390 monthly All taxes, registration, and fees included No additional or hidden costs These terms were confirmed in writing, and I was asked to come to the dealership. I have screenshots as evidence. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told the deal was $90 MORE per month than what had been confirmed. This was a significant change from the written agreement and was never disclosed beforehand. When a supervisor came out, instead of honoring the written confirmation, the salesperson distanced himself from the agreement. The supervisor identified the salesperson as "J-R", and the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner. At that point, I was left with the impression that the name provided earlier may not have been accurate or complete. This experience felt like an attempt to bring me into the store under agreed terms and then change the numbers in person. That is misleading and a waste of a customer's time. I strongly recommend that anyone dealing with this dealership get everything in writing and verify all numbers before visiting. This experience negatively impacts the dealership's credibility and Hyundai's brand reputation.

The car was an immaculate condition, no dirty windows or paint, no tear in the seats, and an engine bay clean enough to eat off of. All thats left was to test drive the car. Horrible service experience…read more I took my truck in for a routine oil change/inspection which took over an hour. After that, the service rep suggested I get my windshield wipers replaced, hydrogen carbon cleaning, and AC flush. I asked how long that additional service would take which she responded about 20 minutes. Since it was quick I decided to have them do it. One hour later, I check back with the service rep regarding the status of my truck which she checked with the shop and stated they are having an issue with flushing my truck. Well, as she was explaining why it was taking longer than what she originally told me, I see my truck being pulled in the shop stall, indicating that they were just getting started with the additional service. It then took about another 20 minutes for them to complete my service. If it was going to take that long for the additional service, I would have opted out of it and get it done at a later time. I was there for 3 hours for services that could have been completed in half the time. Also, why lie to me that they are working on it when clearly they haven't even started working on my vehicle. I spoke to the service managers afterwards and they were apologetic, but that was pretty much it. If this is how Fred Haas treats their customers who pay a premium for service, I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

But I bought a deisel truck from these people and they new I came in because my other work truck had broken down. I was also lied to. They convinced me they had been driving this truck an errand truck for weeks and weeks....out of all the trucks they sold I was getting the best one of the lot....lies, lies, and more lies. Supposedly a master mechanic locked this truck over and it was in perfect running condition. It was long after I had it, it began to overheat. I paid money for a mechanic to fix a leaking water hose. Then another week went by and the truck wouldn't start. It was "hydro-locked" which is a term I've been educated by my own master mechanic means the engine block is cracked and water is leaking in the engine compartment. In other words. A $7500 truck I purchased from these scam artists needs an $8-$9000 dollar motor put in it. I didn't even get 3000 miles out of this truck they supposedly were driving every day. I was forced to go and finance a truck from a honest dealership.

Then they went on to tell us more untrue statements that they will fix issues that we found with the car less than a week buying the car - but as you can imagine that never went through either. The icing on the cake was the fact that they stopped responding to our calls and emails after a while. Do not be fooled there acted very nice and welcoming as you will probably see on the other reviews, but they are not honest and that is besides the quality of the car they sold us. After a while we stopped contacting them and simply moved on with the loss we had to incur and difficulties we needed to go through to get the inspection on vehicle passed. But I feel like I owe it to other people to let them know what could be waiting for if they purchase a car here. My honest opinion would be stay away. We are also in the progress of reporting them to the Bureau of Better Business, as it is actually a gross misconduct to falsely report a car had passed inspection while it did not. Thanks.
