WE purchased a 2003 Ford Mustang GT Convertible..since then Purchased 5/24/14 (Paid in full) Issue 1 - 5/26/14 Car Flooded after rain because roof leaked Took car back on 5/27/14 and asked them to fix and was told it was cosmetic and nothing they could do. After talking they offered to repair the roof. The roof was tentatively repaired on 6/2/14 and was told to come back in few days Issue 2 5/28/14 When we opened the roof the motor for the top was burned up due to all the water. We called and they agreed to replace if I paid for the parts. They replaced the motor on 6/2/14. The roof was still leaking and they said call in 2 days and schedule for a follow up. On 6/314 again the roof stopped working once we opened and we made another call to see when we could bring in. My son and I got the roof to close but are hesitant to open until we have then look at. We called the dealership and were told the owner would have to call us back. We have received no call or return calls that we have made. We leave messages but no one calls back. Issue 3 6/11/14 the air conditioning stopped working Issue 4 6/12/14 Brakes started to become sluggish and pedal was going all the way to floor when applied Took to shop to have AC and brakes looked at on 6/16/14. While inspecting the vehicle the mechanic found none of the instrument panel lights worked. These would be required to be working to get through the state inspection because the car cannot pass no lights are working or not coming on at start up. The mechanic at this point is hesitant to move forward with any repairs because the extent of the issues are piling one after the other as he investigates. He has determined so far that AC compressor had an issue and a module was replaced recently to make it work, and the compressor was worked on, so, the issue must have been identified and a "band aid" put on it to allow a sale The Brake had work performed to replace the brake cylinder and booster systems, but the issues identified indicate that the car should not have make it successfully through a Texas State inspection as the calipers are leaking, brake pads are almost bare, Brake Warning System light bulb not working. We later found this to be cut wire in the wiring harness... All of the issues so far, appear that they were looked at prior, some level of attempt was made to address, but none were fixed, but merely "just enough" was done to ensure the vehicle would not throw any red flags to a potential buyer, No mention of any problems were mentioned or discussed during the sale. Now we cant get anyone to return our calls or messages left. We have had this vehicle for less that 4 weeks and the repairs at this point are going to pass the value of the car and will certainly approach, or be more than what was paid. I would recommend anyone buyin a vehicle here take to your own mechanic because once you drive off the lot. You are on your own. read more

I bought a Mini Countryman from Extreme Autoplex in December of 2016. I had the car shipped to Colorado. I was barely 10 miles into driving the car home (100 mile journey) & it started shaking & had no power going up hills. I just made it to the next town where I pulled into a dealership. They ran a diagnostic test on the car & it was only running on 3 cylinders - broker air filter hose, one of the coils wasn't working & I needed all new spark plugs. Repairs took almost a week - I had to ride the bus home then make a 3 hour round trip the next week to get the car. $892 later & several long distance trips I was on my way home with my new/old car. Tried to get Extreme Autoplex to contribute to the repairs (seeing as they also wouldn't budget $1 on the sale price) & they said "not their problem". Offered me a $100 gift certificate to not write a bad review which was more like a slap in the face. This was my first experience with Extreme Autoplex, I learned of them through an internet search. I was very apprehensive at first, not being from the area or knowing anyone at the dealership. I had been looking for a convertible BMW 650i for my fiancé and finally found one on the Extreme autoplex lot. Michelle was exceptional in her knowledge and professionalism. I put a deposit down the same day. The following week I wanted to surprise my fiancé and called Troy and told him I needed to be in and out quickly or my fiancé would be suspicious. We had dinner plans that night and Troy made her evening. He had everything already set up for a smooth transaction , I walked in, gave them a check, signed 4 documents and they threw me the keys. It was a total of 2.5 min. No sales gimmicks, no pressure, just great accommodating service. Troy went above and beyond my expectations. I Bought a Bmw 2011 550i came all the way from Corpus Christi to purchase it looked fine from the outside when I got in the car I seen the tire pressure light was on. So they told me that all I had to do is goto a shop and get them replaced. I went to discount tire next day after I purchased it and there were not any tpms in there so I bought them after they took the wheels off they couldn't put the wheels back on because the Hubs were wore out because they were forced in with wrong bolts from the place I bought it. Make the long story short I had to get my new car towed to a dealership to tell me that it would cost 3000.00 to repair. Selling Great but Customer Service after the sell. My husband and I went to this "car dealership" to purchase a 2005 Ford Taurus Station Wagon. I know what you're thinking, "a station wagon?!" but, I love them. This car was advertised as practically new, 63,000 miles, 1 owner... sounds like a dream, right?! Well, let me just tell you about our experience. We were met by a young fellow who let us know that the person we talked to originally wasn't available, but he was able to help us. So, we let him know why we were there, and he brought out the keys. My husband begins to start the car and it hesitates. The salesman told him to just keep going, and that it hadn't been started in a couple of days. Also, it just had such "great compression" because of the "good cylinders" and that's another reason it wouldn't start. Strike one. The car finally starts and I open up the passenger side door to see what it's like on the inside, and overlooked the musty smell. I close the door and the mirror falls off. It literally fell off. Like in a TV show. Luckily, they had JUST ordered the part, and it would come in tomorrow... says the salesman. Strike two. He begins to make small talk and I tell him about the degree I earned. The salesman mocks my degree. We are still able to overlook his silly behavior, because, let's face it, we were there to buy a car, not make a friend. I know by now we should have just walked away, but we drove an hour to get there and felt obligated to ride it through to the end. The salesman says that he would get the person we originally talked to so he could negotiate the deal. Apparently, he had just stepped out... even though he already told us that the owner had stepped out. He was double removed from the situation, maybe it was better for him. We sat down and talked to the salesman. My husband began to talk the numbers, and we let him know that we would give him more than advertised because title and registration would be included, and when he said he couldn't "negotiate with Uncle Sam" my husband started laughing and said, "I know, this would have to come out of the profit." So, the salesman pulls up the Kelley Blue Book price, (which, I guarantee you matched a car that starts and had mirrors attached) and let us know that he has priced this car WELL under what KBB says. My husband brings up that cars that are bought from auctions are typically not sold for full KBB price. The salesman says that they certainly would NEVER buy a car from an auction because there's "bad juju" attached to it. He then proceeds to bring up the Carfax report. Which I was THRILLED about. I say "oh, good! that's where my husband got the whole auction thing from." He says that they didn't buy it from an auction that it was just offered up for auction. I look outside and see a salesman waving people from the shop to come over to him. He then rushes in and exclaims "DO YOU HAVE THE KEYS FOR THE TAURUS!?" My husband let him know they were still in there, and that it was still running. The 2nd salesman reiterates himself to our salesman, and then proclaims, "That couple you showed the Taurus to earlier are back!" to which our salesman says, " I didn't show the Taurus to anyone." At this point, we couldn't contain our laughter anymore. Strike three. It was done, over. We couldn't help it. We went to My Pizzeria (they have good pizza and service, you should go there) and had a bite to eat. Needless to say, all the "good reviews" you see everywhere just can't be true.
