The night we were driving the car home (right after purchasing) the drivetrain error came on along with the check engine light. I immediately text Tyler, our salesperson. It was a Thursday and he told us to bring it on the following Monday. Of course once you drive off of the lot they treat you like they could care less. They had the car the whole day and when we called before closing to see what the deal was, they just said the light wasn't on. Driving home, the light and error came back on. We've spent thousands of dollars just trying to get estimates and attempts to at least get it drivable. My son is heartbroken as we all are. He can't even take the college courses he needs to because his new car isn't safe. The consensus is that the BMW needs a full engine replacement which is way more than what we owe on it. It has been driven less than 2000 miles over six months....mostly from taking it to repair shops. The car has been sitting in the front of our house collecting dust for months while we still owe 12k plus insurance. In the grand scheme of things, this is minor, but we were also promised a replacement interior door panel which never arrived. It's a shame that a business like this is able to continue taking advantage of people. We were told by Tyler that the car was in great condition. I do believe they violated the DTPA. They either knew the issues or just bought it straight from eBay or somewhere and never inspected the vehicle. I have text messages with proof the lights were on on the date of purchase. I asked if this was the only time I could add a warranty plan and was told yes. Later found out that wasnt true. What rubbed me the wrong way is i.was never given any manual, booklet or any paperwork regarding the warranty. Couple days after purchasing the car, I reached out to the finance manager regarding information about the plan. I was sent a picture of the chart he showed me in the office. In the office, I was told I could cancel at anytime. Glad that was one truth. Cancelled it before my first payment. Do NOT sign up for the warranty through financing. It added $4600 to my financing! I was able to find a better plan for $1040 and you can get it as long as your car is under 6k miles. Wouldve given 5 stars if it wasn't for that issue. TLDR: Sales team was great, friendly and honest. Got me the car and color I wanted. Financing (like any other place), will.try to squeeze extra money out of you. Don't get the extended warranty from dealership unless you like paying 3x what it's worth. Possible to get it cheaper outside dealership.

This is also a place that has some sentimental value to us, so I did not come into this situation looking for a problem or trying to be an unhappy customer. My concerns started with an alignment issue on my 2020 Toyota Camry. I had been experiencing the vehicle pulling to the right or left, and before the most recent alignment, I could feel the rear of the vehicle moving sideways when driving over approximately 65 mph. After reviewing the alignment reports from June 9 and August 22, I noticed significant inconsistencies, particularly with the rear toe measurements. The readings were outside the specified range on both visits and changed considerably between them. My concern is not simply that an alignment was needed, but why the measurements changed so much and whether the underlying issue was properly investigated. I also noticed that the paperwork listed all four tires at 35 PSI, when the actual tire pressures were different. This raised concerns for me about the accuracy of the information being documented. Unfortunately, I also felt that the service representative I dealt with was dismissive and talked down to me rather than listening to my concerns. I was even told over the phone that there was "no way" the alignment had been done during my previous visit when I purchased new tires, had an oil change, and was told an alignment was performed. I brought my concerns to management in person and followed up by email with everything I had found, but I never received a response. I understand mistakes can happen, but the combination of the inconsistent documentation, changing alignment measurements, driving symptoms, and lack of follow-up has caused me to lose confidence in the service I received. I have decided that I will no longer be returning to this dealership for service. That is especially disappointing because I have never had problems here before and this place has sentimental value to us. Unfortunately, that trust is no longer there.

But I bought a deisel truck from these people and they new I came in because my other work truck had broken down. I was also lied to. They convinced me they had been driving this truck an errand truck for weeks and weeks....out of all the trucks they sold I was getting the best one of the lot....lies, lies, and more lies. Supposedly a master mechanic locked this truck over and it was in perfect running condition. It was long after I had it, it began to overheat. I paid money for a mechanic to fix a leaking water hose. Then another week went by and the truck wouldn't start. It was "hydro-locked" which is a term I've been educated by my own master mechanic means the engine block is cracked and water is leaking in the engine compartment. In other words. A $7500 truck I purchased from these scam artists needs an $8-$9000 dollar motor put in it. I didn't even get 3000 miles out of this truck they supposedly were driving every day. I was forced to go and finance a truck from a honest dealership.

After a while we stopped contacting them and simply moved on with the loss we had to incur and difficulties we needed to go through to get the inspection on vehicle passed. But I feel like I owe it to other people to let them know what could be waiting for if they purchase a car here. My honest opinion would be stay away.
