I like this storage unit, but I don't like the constant price increases. I had to move units 4 times within the same facility since they offer better pricing of more than 50% my current amount for new leases and jack up the price on those who have been there a while and pay their rent on time. It's like they punish good customers by charging them more. They clearly don't care about those of us that have been there for years. I will rent elsewhere going forward. You're good if you are planning to rent for a few months but if you're looking for long term get ready to pay more than double of what you are paying when you move within 6 months of leasing. read more

Besides doubling my rent unexpectedly, I never had any problems here. It's a shame the owners decided to get greedy, because I packed my stuff up and left, and will not be back, after that. Been here for over 2 years, and never missed a payment, and all of a sudden the amount coming out of my checking account AUTOMATICALLY, doubled. No thanks. They're reasoning: we're charging market rates now. Ok, bye. read more

Tristan and Dylan were very helpful in the process of getting a unit would highly recommend speaking to them when coming to look for a unit

Christina, and Christian very friendly and helpful customer service definitely recommend this storage facility.

Great facility and monitoring. Entire facility is gated and monitored 24/7. Facilities are clean and maintained. Customer service was impeccable. More than 1 employee at this location went above and beyond for me. They are a pleasure to do business with and could have not made my storage unit renting experience any better. They are professional, courteous and efficient. The process was painless unlike other facilities I have used in the past. The only thing I would like at this facility would be 24/7 gate access, but that's for brownie points as many facilities do not offer this. read more

I had my storage unit for a month to hold some belongings while I was moving. They have a wonderful, helpful team that helped answer all my questions! Compared to some other storage units, they were more affordable for my needs. I would highly recommend! read more

She was able to get my mom's account squared away with just one phone call and arrange for us to clear out the unit in a time frame that suited our needs. Before I tear into this company's shady business shenanigans, I just want to say that Paul Hirsch, the assistant manager, is a pretty nice guy. It's a shame he has to work with such a questionable company. Everything started great with a phone call to the general customer service number. They assured me that if I were to get a unit on the second floor, every Extra Space storage has a large elevator for large furniture. Take them at their word, right? First thing I see when I get to the facility is a BIG sign saying "FIRST MONTH FREE!" Awesome, I thought to myself. Turns out that no, the first month isn't free. That there is an asterisk saying "see manager for details." Apparently, the details are that the first month is not free, and that little asterisk allows them to legally keep the sign up. Okay. Despite this huge red flag, I go to see the unit. First thing I notice is the elevator. Motel 6 has a larger elevator. I'm told that there are stairs I can take for large furniture. Definitely not what I was assured of over the phone. When I bring this up in the office, another employee (perhaps the property manager?) told me that their elevator is larger than at most other properties. Good to know. Long story short, the locations put up misleading signs in an attempt to entice future renters (bait and switch), and the elevators are not even close to large enough for furniture. Ive uploaded a picture of the "FREE FIRST MONTH" sign; see if you can spot the asterisk. I took that picture from 15 feet away. Is anyone in a passing car going to notice it? read more
