Jewel the on-site manager, is a superstar. She's professional, confident, filled with information, and made the sign up process, smooth, fun, and easy. I feel totally confident and at ease about leaving some of my favorite household items stored there. And on top of it all, the price is right! I would recommend this location to anybody and everybody! read more

Jewel is fantastic, and the reason I highly recommend this is a storage solution. She was super friendly and helpful in renting and move-in, and we recently moved out because we no longer need a storage solution and she was equally super friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back for any future needs. Thank you Jewel! read more

Jewel was great in helping me find and measure a storage unit that would fit my needs. Everything went very smoothly and I'm glad I chose this place. I highly recommend making a reservation and filling out the information to make the process go very quickly. read more

Good service. Clean and new storage. The best thing is they can help me to take my ups packages to my storage with no extra charge.

I recently rented out a storage unit from this location... The staff here are absolutely wonderful! They made the process both quick and easy. They showed me the unit that was reserved for me, a 5x5, slightly inside, but easily accessible. The process was seamless and I enjoyed some entertainment amongst the staff to help keep things fun and loose. This place will definitely stay as my go to spot for a storage unit. read more

I had a great experience at this location. I filled out the online form and in less than 20 mins I had a return call from the manager. We scheduled a time to stop by and fill out the paperwork. He showed me two units to help me decide on the right size. I really liked how their entire sign up process was digital. read more

I inquired about storage space for my RV and was connected with Maria, the assistant manager. She was absolutely professional, took time to explain everything twice (because I asked her to), and answered every one of my questions. In addition, she was just plain warm and welcoming. The prices were a little less than local competition and because of Maria's help I decided to do business with Extra Space Storage. Thanks so much Maria! read more

Looking for a space to store things, THIS IS THE PLACE & SPACE! Jewel, the manage, is just that A JEWEL! She along with her co worker Marcus were very accommodating to my needs & I'm very pleased w/ my decision. Thank You!! read more

This is by far the cleanest storage place I've seen. The girl that works the store portion lives onsite which made me feel very comfortable. The little store also had everything I needed last minute to help me pack. The only negative thing I can find to say is that the entrance is right after a stoplight with no turning lane so if you are coming in with a trailer, you slow down that intersection just a bit. Love the place! Love the girl! read more

What great customer service and friendly staff. Jewel and Marc were a huge help. Very clean and secure location. Highly recommended

Mark is a lifesaver. We had movers on the way and I had us arriving late after they close. Mark finalized the rental over the phone and left a lock for us in the unit. Great customer service! 4 stars simply because these units are outside and not temperature regulated. Very safe though. read more

Jewel and Maria are so helpful it was a pleasure working with these women~!

Unfortunately I need to revise my previous review. We have closed our account with ESS due in part to their constantly increasing their rent. We started at $97 then $119 then $127 lastly at $137 for a 5x10 over as many years. I understand making a profit but a 50% increase in 4 years?!??No thanks! Better off downsizing and removing this cost completely. read more

Prices great !!! Staff is nice happy and love their jobs very pleasant experience ! Better than public storage!! Maria and jewel are amazing ! read more

This is the best storage you could ever rent space from! Jewel is the face of the front desk and she manages it with enthusiasm and cheer! It is always extremely clean - the front parking and yard area, inside the office, and also all of the unit areas inside the gate - the entire lot. I look forward to seeing the sweet helpful staff every time I go! Thank You Extra Space Storage for doing an excellent job running this place! read more

I came into to get pricing on a storage & Jewel was a big help! She awesome I highly recommend going to see her. Thank you so much.

Easy move in! Jewel is the nicest person to work with! Storage unit is very roomy...still filling it up!!!

Just leased a 10 X10 unit here yesterday. Process was quick ( thanks to Maria) and I feel that it is an extremely safe.

I really enjoyed working with Jewel. Although the prices were a little higher than I usually pay, Jewel made the process super easy. The site is really clean, and I feel like the employees are really on my team! The only downfall I would say is that you are forced to purchase the insurance, which ranges from an extra 13-25 per month. So on top of the prices stated online, there is an additional monthly fee. I think they should advertise the price with insurance included, so that customers dont feel like there is a hidden fee. read more

Mark was very helpful and attentive during the process. He made sure I had what I needed. I had filled the express paperwork online. He helped bring the supplies that I bought to the truck. Jewel was very nice when I ran into her onsite after the movers were done packing up the unit. Very sweet people to work with during a stressful time. I would definitely recommend this business if you are looking for extra space. Thank you Mark! read more

Great staff and facility -- Jewel is fantastic and was a big help with the logistics of setting up a remote lease with an Extra Space facility in the Southeast -- where I am about to relocate.
