On my apartment move-in date, I hired a moving company for less than $1k to move my items from my storage unit to my new apartment. I saved quite a bit of money utilizing Self Storage Plus. Yvonne was very helpful throughout the process. She was very clear on the hours that the office and storage unit were open, what not to store in the unit, how to contact the office, and how to properly close out my storage account. On the day I moved out of my storage unit, I called her from the wall phone button near my storage unit, and she said she'd inspect it soon. A couple of hours later I received the receipt confirming that I've successfully moved out and ended my lease. Even though I was only there for a month, I didn't have any issues and all interactions were respectful and professional.

The customer service rep from the service center who I spoke to was also very friendly and helpful answering all my questions, the staff I met in person were professional as well. You can make an appointment that works best for you during operation hours. And if you're unsure of a certain date of move in after you reserved, they're pretty flexible to hold it temporarily for you, about a week I think. They're very well with getting back to you when needed. Even though I don't think I'll need it at this time. I would definitely recommend it and try them again in the future.

My God, it was unbelievably hot and humid inside. The employee who helped me get the van was a little snappy with me, but honestly, I don't blame the poor guy. I was only inside for about 5 minutes, but in those 5 minutes, it felt like I was going to melt. I can't imagine how the employees must feel. They really need to get the AC fixed here. Other than that, my experience was great. The parking lot is nice and wide, so it's easy to get in and out with the larger rental vehicles, and there's plenty of room to park your own vehicle.

Honest on delivery and pickup scheduling. Honest about where/how we could save money. Our items were delivered w/o issue. Nothing lost. Nothing broken. Our driver was in constant communication with us as to when he would be arriving at both our old and new homes.
