I intended to have a fruitful relationship with storage facility for years to come. Unfortunately,…read moreafter the disrespect I received from John (?), I will be removing my things. I called after having my card run without my knowledge even after making a payment request on the 1st. I asked for clarification and received nothing but disrespect. The attendant said "well maybe you shouldn't put your card on auto-pay". When I asked for it to be taken off of auto-pay (again, what he suggested himself), he replied "you can take your things and store them somewhere else." Huh? I have a $0.0 balance at this place and get snark? When I mentioned how this was displeasing I received nothing but sarcasm: "okay buddy". I was cut off, not allowed to speak, and disrespected for simply asking for my card to be taken off auto-pay. I strongly discourage anyone looking for storage to use this place unless you are comfortable with receiving disrespect.

I called and emailed and was told they would look into it. Ha! next month same thing. this is the 3rd month. I was going in person this week. now I have a notice that the rent is going up to 26 dollars. So unjust! bait and switch. lies upon lies. I got my own insurance policy not from them. I shopped for the best price. they lied and cheated me. now they think I am too lazy to move out. I am moving out today. they are liars and cheats. they are trained to drag out the process for a measly 5 dollars a month - but then to raise the rent within 5 months? just plain wrong. I will write a bad review daily for as long as I can. They will get at least 80 dollars worth of bad press for cheating me and wasting so much of my time and energy. nasty cheaters. bad people. bad company.

Once I got them on the phone I just decided to cancel the whole thing but was told that I'd have to wait til the next week til they canceled it and I got a refund. No one got back to me after that as they promised someone would except when I threatened to contact my credit card company and get the charge reversed but even then I was given a lame excuse and another promise that district manager would call me back after the weekend to do the refund. I waited til the close of business Tuesday but heard nothing so I reported it to my credit card and they thankfully refund the amount immediately. Now I'm just hoping that the place doesn't try to charge me again next month Or I'll have to report them for fraudulent activity because I have told 3-4 people on the phone/via email that I intended to cancel this storage unit!!!
