    I walked in the attendant was immediately defensive for some reason I asked if I could get a 10 x 16 or 10 x 20 garage unit and she said and I said I'm going to have my POD Storage Unit Brought over here to their place so that I could unload it into one of their units when I told her that she said Pods not allowed on site and I said we can put on the street I get a permit she said that's not allowed I should I think it is but I'll double check she said well I only have one unit anyway it's a $650 a month I walked out as I apologized for inconveniencing her by inquiring about a storage unit

    Door Damage on attempt break-in.

    Got a great deal on line for $133.00 plus $11.20 for insurance on a 10x25 storage space. There was an attempted of a break in into my storage in December. Reported it to Bertha, she seem concern? She mention there was a few other storage's that an attempt was made. Took pictures of damage to my storage door. Felt Extra Space Storage didn't do anything to address my concerns. Then after my six month there my storage rent increased to $306.00 plus $11.20 for insurance. This was over a 60% increase. I talked to Bertha before signing up, she mention rent increases were very small. Bertha, said she called her office and the best she could do was $273.00. Still a big increase. Had an interesting phone conversation with "Alex" one of there customer service representative that works there. He mention to me that most of the online special had a big increase and I should of been info of that before signing up. Nothing was every mention to me by Bertha who signed me up. I finally decide to make the move out of this storage facility. Suggestion be very careful when signing up on any special online for Extra Space Storage.

    They were really welcoming and attentive. Facility seems clean. Had an issue with a door and they took care of the problem immediately.

    Fed Ex has a very lazy and incompetent delivery driver. They have no clue about their deliveries…read moreand they can't keep their delivery schedule up to date. Expecting a delivery today between 8-12:30 then i was sent message delivery changed 2:30-4:30. Called Fed Ex literally on the phone with them get a message delivery attempted no one home. Mind you I left a note on the door that i was in the back of the house. Driver took a picture and left no notice no attempt to knock on the door since my dog would have barked nothing just a lie and a picture of my door from the street including my note to the driver. Now delivery will be postponed until Monday while I am at work. What an absolute joke thanks for making me waste a day off and lose a day of pay.

Bit of a read but I have had the worst experience with a company in my entire life. * On November 23 2025, my partner lost her phone 14 ProMax at an NFL game in LA. * The next day we left for Palm Springs, continuing our vacation. * That night the person who found the phone reached out. We agreed I would send a prepaid overnight Fedex label to them. * On November 25th the person went to a local Fedex location and dropped the package off. Tracking ID: 886370149245 * Nov 26th the package arrived in Palm Springs and we stopped getting updates. * We, nor the person who shipped the package could get any updates via Fedex. * As we were leaving on the 1st of December, we did not think the package could make it. * On Nov 28th we were given a case number: 489461 and a case agent. Demetria, * We and the person who dropped the package called every single day for 3 weeks, leaving voicemail after voicemail for the case manager. * Almost a month later, she finally returned our calls. Asked for more information, I clarified the story and what happened. She told us that she would escalate this and send the package back to the sender, which is fine, we just want the phone back and not in FedEx's possession. We can figure out next steps later. * In Mid-January 2026, I received a call from FedEx asking us about the case, I explained that we were still waiting for a call back from our case manager. They seemed shocked and promised that they would call the team handling our package and call me back. * They called me back a few minutes later and said all we had to do was get the person who dropped the package off to call the case manager and tell her to return to sender. * They called the case manager and was informed that the packaged was disposed of. No warning, not communication, that's it the package is gone. * Furious I began calling Fedex for the next few weeks to get clarification. Nobody could tell me anything. * On Feb 6th 2026 I finally got to the "department escalation team" * They informed me that the package was not destroyed, as the package needs to be scanned before it's disposed of. * They told me that they would personally look into this and get my package retuned to sender. Case number: C-224295102 Ref-50966 * On Feb 13th 2026, I received an email stating "We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations regarding your recent shipment. We understand how important this package is to you, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Despite exhausting our research efforts, we've deemed package recovery unlikely and has been disposed of." That's it, they never communicated with us, they disposed of my partners Iphone 14 ProMax that had countless memories on it (some backed up, some now). And there is nothing we can do. This is a warning to NEVER trust or use Fedex for anything. A total incompetent company that is rotten from the top to the bottom.
