Not only were they willing to take on the job, but they were also willing to do it with only a few days notice since they had the availability. The safety deposit was a reasonable price and it was easy to send over the money through mobile pay. We received a message the day before the move to confirm that we were still on for our scheduled time. It was great to have that kind of reassurance from a moving team. Especially during such a stressful time! Angel and Jesus arrived early on the day of the move to make sure they had time to meet us and set up. The two of them absolutely crushed the move in amazing time. (And we didn't make it easy on them as we lived up a few flights of stairs!) Since I hadn't quite yet found a new home to move into, my 3-bedroom condo, full of furniture and many packed boxes, needed to be moved from a 2nd floor (no elevator) location, into a local storage facility. Bob's wife handled all the details over the phone, and even checked with me prior to the move to be sure I didn't have any additional questions, told me when the guys would be at my house on move-day, etc. She was great! And then I met Bob and his two assistants....AMAZING! Despite 110 degree heat and having to move large and heavy pieces of furniture down a full flight of stairs, they did so with amazing precision, never harming anything they carried, and then relocated all the items into a storage unit a few miles away. I cannot say enough about how nice all three of them were, and how effortless they made it seem! I have now just finishing escrow on a new home and WILL ABSOLUTELY book Bob again to move from the storage unit to the new home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! :-)
