My broker, Simple Moving Labor Market Place contracted Florida's Reliable Moving Services to assist with the loading and packing of the truck. I couldn't have asked for a better team to assist with my move. Maurice and his team were excellent. They showed up on time, wrapped my furniture and packed the truck with my belongings in a reasonably short period of time . Their experience was evident in the way they efficiently and safely handled and secured my furniture. The effort they put into packing and securing my load was evident at my destination when I found not a single curio glass broken or a scratch on the furniture. Kudos Maurice and your team.

I asked to speak to a supervisor after I was hung up on and Left on hold for 20 minutes. When someone was reached I was told she didn't have to give me her name. All I have was about 20 boxes, a bedroom set, 2 sofas and a dining room table with 6 chairs and few other items. Could of completed the job in 2 hours wirh 2 guys but they took 3 hours to charge more and brought out a third guy and charged more. The whole time Tico spent moving furniture around my apartment. I asked them to wrap my leather sofa and with furniture cover and they insisted they would wrap it outside before getting it in the truck. They scratched and tore up the leather trying to get it through the door. I told specifically to wrap it in the apartment with the plastic cover and the stretch wrap I purchased. Finnally, Tico agreed to wrap it after damaging it and a verbal comfrontation between us. Then they took their time, very slowly to wrap, while he trained his 2 workers to wrap at my expense and burning time. I ended up having to carry things to speed things up.. Outside, he kept talking on the phone, taking breaks, while the other guy really couldn't lift many items. They also try to disassemble items, to take more time. A one piece bed frame with multiple boards and screws, he wanted to disassemble the whole thing. We got into a verbal altercation over it. I wanted it in the truck as a one piece not taken apart.After, I started to hurry them, he got upset. Toward the end, we got in a verbal altercation. He was going around about the extra hour, and the extra guy he brought. MY QUESTION, what about the damage to my sofa, which he didn't care. I just wanted to pay the Tico so he can leave before a fight broke out. He charged me for the extra hour on his phone, insisted I give him a 5star review and then came the tip. I checked NO TIP since he damaged a brand new leather sofa. And he has the odacity to complain and start SCREAMING because I didn't tip. OVERALL, I would NEVER HIRE them again. They purposely burn time on the clock by pretending to be training his guy on packing, carrying, etc.

You'll cant keep people waiting with all their boxes packed just hoping fall a call! This is the most horrible experience iv ever had with movers. Don't even bother scheduling a job cause you cant even call them up. In addition, they have the audacity to charge you a non-refundable convenience fee, for what?? All the inconvenience? There's no call back or even an email 2 days after not showing up. Me and my mother had to lift all these boxes personally. Shame on you guys, I hope ull run out of business
