Today, I was left with an awful experience dealing with this storage owner. She had a vendetta…read moreagainst me from the start because of the pervious owner of a unit i bid on Monday morning. I was given u til Friday before 9am to have everything out of the storage unit; which I did.. I've never bid on a storage unit before and I I sure got an experience. Allow me to make sure you know what you're getting into if you are like me and are new to this. This facility gives you 72 hours. 72 hours. To move everything. Tuesday and Thursday the business is appointment only and closed. So, doesn't it seem far to not even count those days for the 72 hrs if the office is closed? Which, if I'm being honest, seems like no time at all to get all items out of the unit. Other places I've seen give 45 days, 75 days etc. I wasn't looking for that long maybe 5 days, the most. Not sure about anyone else, but I work m-f and 2 of those days are 11 hrs shifts. Also, I have a toddler. So, time management isn't on my side. However, I got everything out of the unit from the second floor. Big furniture and dressers, bed, etc. Now, some items couldn't fit in my sedan car to move it so I have to leave it next to the garage dumpster. I was bc told not to leave anything out of the dumpster. My plan was to go back with a sledgehammer and demolish the furniture to fit it in the dumpster. Unfortunately, when I returned to the dumpster after I got off work on Friday afternoon, the items were gone. Because of that, she kept my $200 cleaning deposit. I understand I didn't meet her 72 hrs deadline but seriously?? Stating she had to call and have someone break down the stuff that was outside. Why? I said I would do it. And, I'm working with limited time but I would do it. She did not care. No thanks given to this business owner for not being compassionate and supportive of your fellow community member. It's just unfortunate that in today's world we are all struggling with inflation and it is hard getting by with what you earn. She was cold and callus to a single mother and could care less. That's cool. You're running a business, and the bottom line is your dollar: now you've got $199 more. So, again thank you for showing me your true colors. When on the phone, she was super combative with me and wouldn't allow me to speak up for myself. Interrupting me at every moment. This is the type of individual you will be dealing with at this business. Next time, I know better.

Anti-complaint regards your FANTASTIC employees!!!…read more Dear A/C Storage place: On yesterday, Monday 6th July 2015, my 81 year old mother came in to pay the storage bill for my brother. Unfortunately she lost her keys. Usually that is a bad thing and still is in and of itself, but what ensued is one of the more beautiful things I have experienced in a long time: Was working unloading my vehicle at a rental home and received a call from your business letting me know that mom had lost her keys . Rushed down to bring the spare key to mommy and we were able to easily unlock her car door. But unfortunately could not find her car keys inside the car. Hayley in the office and Lee both had already been helping mom to look for her keys and continued when I arrived! We re-searched the car, entry area, office counter, restroom, mom's purse and everywhere else possible. Lee even went through the trash he had taken out and Hayley looked under the office desk. Since your business is spotless and uncluttered everywhere, it was quite easy to search but we did so multiple times. Closing time came. Haley and Lee stayed ...understanding my concern about mom's house and car keys being lost. Lee and I went through mom's car several times checking EVERYWHERE! He even had her back out to make sure if the keys weren't hiding under a tire. Haley looked multiple times inside. I felt so grateful for they're help so incredibly above the norm!!! By this time it's about 5:45 pm way past closing time. No keys still. It was very hot and Hayley had wisely had 81 years mom go inside to stay cool. Despite the importance, we could no longer keep these folks from their families. Went inside and ask mom to check her pockets for the third time. OMG, the keys were not in her pockets, but could see them in a little tiny nook in her jeans as she looked! For their selfless, kind and extraordinary efforts, I tried to tip Hayley and Lee, who both refused at least five times citing some rule and returned my tip. As owner of A/C Storage, in light of your employee's extraordinary kindness and efforts, I ask you to "bend the rules" and allow me to thank Lee and Hayley with a small gift in gratitude!?! I am also quite willing to pay the hour and a half of overtime (45 minutes each) caused by our dilemma!?! The excellent treatment received, in a time of great need no less, is worth more than actually finding the keys! ~Tod McNeal

This place was recommended by someone at work. I did look at all the reviews as well as other…read moreplaces to have my new vehicle protected with 3M. I decided to go with them and have NO REGRETS! They answered all my questions over the phone and provided all the estimates. The job took all day, they detailed my vehicle, Clayed bared it and did the 3M protection wrap! I got the front, sides, doors, and the trunk lid area. They did a fantastic job! The fact that other places which do wrap commented on how well it was done says a lot about them! If you have a vehicle which you want to protect I would definitely recommend doing 3M protection. I still have one last project for them! Thanks for an amazing look!
