My move involved multiple stops, and I clearly explained to the movers which furniture and boxes were designated for each location. As professionals, your team should have implemented a system to ensure items were delivered correctly--such as labeling boxes or loading items by stop order. Unfortunately, this was not done, resulting in items being delivered to the wrong location and later transported back, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Additionally, the movers took extended breaks, and the driver was rude when I brought the mistake to his attention. I attempted to resolve this matter privately, so there is no need to provide contact information at this point. My purpose in sharing this experience is to inform others and help them avoid the inconvenience and financial burden I experienced.

Beau, the owner, visited us and gave an estimate that was very competitive. Throughout the move process they had very good communication. Before the move, we packed up most of the things ourselves, but Phoenix offered to have some of their office staff pack up the fragile items like dishes and art work on an hourly rate. This really helped! On the day of the move, they were on time and they brought in 10 people to pack the van and get us on our way quickly. When they moved us, they did not consolidate and transfer our things to another van, our things stayed in the same van until it reached its final destination.
