We store our holiday items and stuff we simply can't let go of. We are not hoarders, our rental property is just on the small side. We pay rent on the unit for 3 months at a time. The area is kept clean and the process of entering and leaving is simple. Cameras are located throughout the area. All the units are located outside. None that I am aware of are air conditioned. I have been a customer with REC Nations for nearly three years, and until recently my experience…read morehad been acceptable. Unfortunately, an incident that occurred during their recent ground remodeling project has completely changed my view of this company. My RV was moved from its original spot to another location as part of their construction work. They have asked for my persmision to preform the task. During that move, my RV was damaged, resulting in thousands of dollars in repair costs. What has been most disappointing is not just the damage itself, but the way the situation was handled afterward. They didn't take any responsibililty becuase they asked me to sign a weaver. I made the mistake to think they are professional at what they do. BIG MISTAKE. I made multiple attempts to reach someone to discuss the issue and find a reasonable resolution. After several calls and emails, the only response I received was that I should file a claim with my own insurance, and the company refused to take any responsibility for the damage that occurred while my RV was under their care. After this experience, I decided to cancel my lease agreement. I had just paid for the upcoming month, and when I called to request a refund for the unused portion, the representative refused and simply stated that the termination date would be March 31 instead of April 9. After nearly three years as a paying customer, this response felt dismissive and extremely disappointing. Businesses make mistakes -- that happens. But how a company chooses to stand behind its customers when those mistakes occur is what defines their integrity. At this point, I am simply asking for fairness and accountability. I hope REC Nations leadership reviews this situation and considers reaching out to resolve the matter appropriately. Until then, I cannot recommend this facility based on my experience.

The reason got that 3 star is that they increased our rent every few months. It got to the point where rent was more expensive than my first mortgage! Large and great RV storage lot with lots of covered and uncovered space…read more Good-sized spaces with a LOT of room in front of each, so VERY easy to back in. They sell propane, and have a good dump station with a hose, and also have a free tire air pump. The security is much better than many lots, with an 8' solid fence all around, and a passcode required to get thru the gates -- in and out. (There are a few of the outdoor spaces that are muddy in a rainy time, but 95% of them are high and dry. I asked to change spaces due to mud, and the onsite staff was very helpful.)

The rent goes up fast!…read more The facility was clean and easy to access. The rate for the 5x10 unit was $51/month in August 2024 (after a $41/month introductory rate for three months). They increased the price quickly. In May 2025, they raised the rent to $66/month, and they just notified me that on February 2026, the rent would increase to $86/month. That's a 30% increase every 9 months, a 70% increase in a year and a half. I'm moving my stuff out before the next rent increase goes into effect. If I were to do it again, I would only consider Public Storage for short-term rental (less than a year).

The monthly pricing seemed to change every couple of months, and the locker sizes are awkward and not particularly well suited for storing wine. Access is another major issue. Getting in and out of the facility is cumbersome, especially when you're carrying multiple bottles or cases of wine. Overall, the wine storage area feels like an afterthought rather than something that was intentionally designed and properly managed for wine collectors. The tasting room was also disappointing. While you're shown a tasting room, members apparently don't have access to actually use it, and the overall setup is strange and not very inviting. For a facility specifically offering wine storage, I expected much better attention to the practical needs of wine collectors.

Reasonable rates which don't seem to change annually like some other storage facilities and its right on 276 with nice big entrances and large driveways that even my wife could pull our 24 foot trailer into, on a good day.
