We did call ahead to make sure they were open and there were spots to play. I showed online you could reserve time, which is nice if you're trying to make sure your kiddo can get some playtime in. The space is pretty perfect for small parties/groups. The staff was nice and greeted us when we walked in. We absolutely loved the option of having a coffee/snacks while our toddler played around. There are tables and chairs to sit and hang out. Don't forget to bring your own socks! They do have some for purchase but still nice to keep in mind. The toys are all pretty nice and in good shape. We really liked that it's nice for toddlers that are still learning to walk on their own which was one big reason for us to check this place out. They have one bathroom with a changing table!
