After much researching and asking around for recommendations, and reading all the reviews, I decided to choose this place for sending a bouquet of flowers to my beautiful Mother in East Texas for her birthday and again for her on Mother's Day. I explained to them that she absolutely loved the color red, it was her favorite, but that she also enjoyed all flowers and all colors and wanted lots of color for her arrangement. Not only did they include lots of beautiful red flowers and tones in the arrangement including gorgeous roses and carnations and a pretty red bow, there was an assortment of absolutely incredible flowers including a couple of exotic ones. I love the least especially and that they had pops of dark red almost pinkish tones in it and it complimented all the other colors so well with the white and the red My mother absolutely loved her flowers, in fact she called me literally in tears and said that I was the best and favorite daughter ever. (I am her only daughter, btw) lol. She showed off her while I was all of her coworkers and friends and read off the card and I think it made her feel really wonderful on her special day and again on Mother's Day they did the same thing, taking the exact same attention to detail and care into their work. I can't say with words just how much I appreciate you guys and the work that you do, it makes a difference. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and for really listening and paying attention to all those little details, because it's the little things in life that matters... I can't say enough good things about that team at The Flower Box Georgetown! My sister & her husband were in a head on collision in Colorado and we knew she'd be in the hospital for quite some time. I ordered flowers from the Flower Box (I had ordered from them several times before) and they were delivered in the morning while I was busy preparing Thanksgiving side dishes. By the time I really looked at the flowers, I realized the wrong arrangement was delivered (I had ordered a centerpiece & what was delivered was a "one-sided" arrangement). By this time it was late Wednesday afternoon. I tried to call, but didn't get an answer. So I left a message for Deniese & amazingly, she called me back about an hour later. I explained the situation to her & she gave me the option of getting a refund or getting a replacement centerpiece. I opted for the replacement centerpiece & it arrived at noon on Thanksgiving Day - well in time for my 4pm dinner! That is TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I really appreciated it! My wife and I live in California, and have been getting my Mom flowers for her birthday from the Flower Box for the last few years. Previous arrangements have been much better than this year. If my rating did not include this years flowers, they would have received 4-5 stars. We gave them a budget of $75 total, including water tubes, and delivery. So, thinking we gave them $60 for flowers, we thought that would be sufficient (and so did they). We saw my Mom's arrangement this year, and we would have been much better off buying fresh cut flowers at the local HEB (grocery store) for $25. Service has always been nice and pleasant, and easy since all of our info is in their computer system, but the flowers were very disappointing this year. read more
