The team was helpful, patient and kind, and everything went smoothly with the loading process on a very hot day. I had my own covers for my couches, but they did an excellent job wrapping the last over-sized chair. These guys were very professional. I attached a couple of photos of the large, long-distance truck and the organization on boxes and other items. The quoting process was good, as Scott was personable and wore a mask inside my home during the COVID-19 lockdown period. The office was OK about the paperwork and emails - just be patient and follow up if needed. I'll also note that the moving company on the delivery end was not so great, but it's probably the roll of the dice. The driver admitted that my dresser was wrapped properly by the loading company, but the delivery guys unwrapped it before moving through the door, which resulted in some minor damage. All boxes arrived. Only one loose, inexpensive patio chair was missing (which I could have prevented had I packed it in a box properly. Overall, I was satisfied given my expectations of the long haul.

They were very responsive, adapted quickly, helpful, super friendly and had great attitudes. (I felt a little guilty for all the boxes going up and down three stories, but they did it perfectly and without even a frown.) they even moved pieces I was going to leave behind because I didn't think they could be transported! I hope I don't have to move again, but if I do, I'm calling Marrin's!

APPALLING. I had…read morejust paid for my storage unit for the month and my partners and I were reorganizing it and the dumpster was locked, so we left our garbage nicely outside the dumpster for whoever opened the dumpster next and took care of it - like they always do. I just received a call from a woman bashing me, making fun of me and yelling at me for leaving garbage next to a dumpster that was locked right by the gate at the storage unit. She told me she had overlooked my unit and to come "pick up my shit" in the next half an hour or my storage unit would be taken from me. There are no signs and I was never told that the dumpster AT the storage unit I paid for was of use for me?? Because why wouldn't it? And the way I was spoken to by this woman was appalling and incredibly unprofessional. Do NOT rent from this place unless you're ready to file a police report over stolen goods and want to be talked to like you're nothing. Moving storage units ASAP. Note: They say they "pride themselves on great customer service and a clean environment". Their customer service does not exist - and if it does, it's basically impossible to find and contact - and there has not been one instance that I have gone into my unit and garbage, bugs, leaves and dirt were not littering the hallway.

I began calling around to locate a climate controlled unit. The manager, Liz and her staff were so friendly and accommodating that I knew this was the place to store my things. Not only is this property kept spotless, this week when I went to put a few more things in my unit, I came upon Liz and her staff scrubbing the outsides of all of the locker doors. With the pandemic that we all face I was so impressed and wanted to share how awesome it feels to support a local business that goes to such lengths to be sure we can be safe when using its facilities. I'm not new to moving, but moving has always proven to be an arduous and daunting process to…read morecoordinate. Add on working while moving and other additional stressors, and I was bracing for the worst case scenario. I went in expecting a nightmarish move like our last experience (with another company), only to be surprised by how smoothly everything went in comparison to all our previous moves. Only a few minor things were damaged - nothing we can't live without or get replaced. The 3 man crew who completed our move were cordial, and were very careful and respectful of the furniture and properties. Their team leader was experienced and imparted some helpful advice on how to fix the legs of my old upright piano that had been damaged in a previous move. While this job certainly went overtime, the cost was reasonable for our shoestring budget. These young men worked hard, and my family and I really appreciate their efforts and due diligence. Thank you for making an incredibly stressful day so much more bearable for us.
