I have a 10x10 unit and the cost continues to go up by $30 or so every few months. I am now at a point where it's not worth it any longer and will be looking for something different. I drove 45 minutes there to find out that they didn't actually need me there to complete the work, after about month 4 they upped my monthly bill from 60-70 a month to $168/ month without any call, notice, or text message. after speaking to an employee they said that they should of sent out an email with the changes, I checked and never received a notice. So I cancel my membership, and have a month to clear out my storage unit. That entire month, my unit was located towards the back of the building which is easiest accessed by the doors on the left side of the building. Those doors were left un accessible for that entire month, forcing me to park in the front of the building and maze my way to my unit (10 minute walk). there's never enough carts, the ones they do have aren't maintained, and overall, I'd rather buy an enclosed trailer and park it on my lawn than ever storage anything with this company again. Save your money and don't even bother.
