In each case, The attendants were very efficient and pleasant. Last, but not least, they have a free truck to use to move in the first time. Half hour max. I'm driving a small car. The brunette woman at the office said "no problem" with a smile. Then the blonde woman came out of the bathroom. Suddenly the smile was gone. And I needed 4, count them, 4 pieces of identification to drive the truck from one unit to another. Then I needed to bring someone who signed the storage agreement 4 years ago here with his 4 pieces of identification. She never let me speak. I'm certain she wouldn't have actually cared, but she never even let me tell her he was in the hospital and that wasn't possible. I said "it appears you don't want to help me, but no problem, I'll make 30 trips in my small car." Then I smiled and left, couldn't say thank you because she did not actually do anything for me. It's her job to be professional and to treat customers politely. And these customers have given this business $500 a month for 4 years. That will be ending soon. I'm on trip #16....
