Our items were actually delivered a day late on Tuesday with close so $20,000 missing and very damaged items. They even tried to deliver a washer and dryer that were not ours. NAVL accused us of lying. I fortunately had photo proof on day of delivery. Despite that, we were reimbursed only $7,000 since we couldn't prove we were stolen from since the movers did not provide us with the paperwork.
