I purchased a Class C RV in November 2021 a vehicle I loved and stored it at this location beginning in November 2023. Today, I no longer have an RV. Why? Because Public Storage completely failed to protect my property. My RV was vandalized, broken into, and lived in by vagrants while on their lot a location I was led to believe was secure. When I discovered the damage, I could not reach a single live person. No one answered at the facility. No one returned voicemails. Even their 1-800 number is useless. I spent months trying to get someone to provide documentation for the police report and insurance company documentation that should've been easily accessible for a paying customer. But here's the irony: when you owe them a payment, they're magically available to call you. When your property is being destroyed? Silence. As of today, my RV has been officially deemed a total loss by insurance -- because of Public Storage's lack of security and complete absence of human accountability. I never received support, never received follow-up, and even now, I can't reach anyone to cancel my account. I repeat: DO NOT leave your valuables with Public Storage. I would never use this company again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. They cost me the RV I worked for and I'm left with nothing but regret.
