Most other Cube Smart facilities have this gate, and a lack of one is why this facility has video cameras on 24/7, monitoring the grounds for homeless people sleeping in their vehicles at night behind the building. There are usually one or two employees who man the two front desks every day except Sunday when the office is closed. Unfortunately, there are times when both desks are empty. Once I waited outside for somebody who left la "be right back" sign on the front door, but nobody came after a 20-minute wait. The General Manager James tells me that the facility has five hand trucks available for customers to transport their possessions. "There are two in the front, two at the back and one on the side", says James. Renters insurance is required on all units whether it is the customer's personal insurance or the one that Cube Smart offers. Prices of units increase anywhere between 4 and 11 months. I like this location because it is clean and climate controlled, and management is friendly and respectful.

Easy roll up lift door on the 20 x 20 units with a rope for the vertically challenge folks. The 2 guys I meet in the front office and over the phone were extremely nice and courteous. There's a big clean bathroom which comes in handy especially after a long drive moving your items. They also sell packing supplies.

It's a smaller place but there was no one in there so we were helped immediately by a really friendly guy. The process was fast and easy and we were in and out in relatively no time at all. Because the girl didn't know what she was doing with my reservation she got an attitude with me and told me to leave. It's okay, they did me a big favor I went somewhere else.
