Apparently this location is under new ownership. We booked more than a month out and had someone call and text to confirm 2 or 3 times only to have them cancel the day before our move. We ended up having a very challenging move as a result and had to scramble for movers and pay double. If you want to have a reliable moving company I would look elsewhere. As an update the owner canceled his $200 consolation payment due to this bad review. We were out more than $1500 due to the company and their late cancellation.
