Sugarloaf location: Access to the building is horrible! The side entrance doesn't work at all (even during business hours) and the front entrance doors were locked both times we came to load. Luckily, someone showed and opened the door for our larger move out. The fact that our rent continued to be raised (about $100 per month more than we started less than a year ago) and considering the building was flooded (which is absurd given it was activated/went live after Helene) and the company offered no restitution or compensation other than "inventory your stuff and put in a claim to your insurance company". Overall, a very bad experience and I would never recommend this location. I will say when they had staff on site (very rare) they were polite and got doors opened (that we should have had access to in the first place with code). It was also a clean facility pre and post flood. read more
