Storage Sense Storage Units review I have had a temperature…read morecontrolled unit for the last 5 or 6 years on Dyess Parkway, Grovetown, Ga. I paid my rent before the due date without fail. A couple months ago Storage sense took over this business. I only go there once in a while, but when I went there last week, all the outside security doors have had their keyed entry guts removed, and the doors are just blowing in the wind. When I asked why, I was told there was nothing in the contract that says they are required to have keyed security doors. I have valuable paintings in there and the only thing now between them and thieves are my padlock on your flimsy garage door. Since your doors don't latch, you cannot have a temperature controlled storage. So therefore it is a scam, and false advertisement. And then you have the nerve to raise the rent for less security and no temperature control? I am moving to another storage business now, and you should be ashamed of yourselves for what you've done. UPDATE: the outside doors are closed now, but they have no locks, therefore no security. Temperature should be fine now, but the only security there is a locked flimsy garage door, which in this section of town is unacceptable.

The gentleman helped guide us through the process of pick up and return and purchase of few needed moving items made our experience alleviate a lot of those moving headaches. The van we received had no damages or issues. We were able to utilize it and return it back with half tank of gas as requested. The return process was easy. There is a key slot to drop off the vehicle after hours. Just park it in the returns section and walk up to the front door and slide the key through the drop box. Easy & painless moving experience!
