Once located on the interior of Easton, it has since moved to the outlying areas surrounding it between Jimmy John's and T-Mobile. I know this because I have religiously gone there every 2 weeks since moving to Columbus back in January. The experience alone in this establishment is enough to make me come back. I go to the same girl every time (albeit I can't remember her name). She is quiet, pretty, with the perfect, full eyebrows that are desired and envied, much like my own. :) There tends to be a wait sometimes between the 5-7pm hours, so be aware. Beyond that you can usually pop in and be taken care of right away. I have always had clean, consistent service and having been a "threader" for 5 years now, I'm pretty picky. Cost is in the range of $11 I believe? I get a discount because of my loyalty, you might too if you get on good terms! p.s. I have had to go to other girls who work there for a thread job, and never had any complaints, I just prefer the one I go to to build rapport and feel that it makes the threader better at their job to see the same face, much like a makeup artist. read more

I can only vouch for my experience as there were quite a few people coming in and out of there the day I went. They were also getting threaded and a couple were getting eyelashes added. I have been to several places to get my eyebrows threaded and even had a friend who once worked doing them do mine, but this person here who did mine? NEVER again! Worst experience I have ever had. It was a nice touch that instead of waiting in the chairs to be attended to they took my phone number and let me wander around the mall calling me when I was going to be next. That was the last nice touch. The person who did my eyebrows took forever and usually threading is reasonably quick. She went over and over and over some spots until yes! my skin was raw and I had to tell her to stop. She claimed she needed to do it because my eyebrows were so long. Huh? She had me holding my skin in directions no one else has ever had me do before and even when I told her to stop threading in a couple of spots she wanted to continue. I couldn't wait for her to finish and I basically said "That's enough, they're fine!" I was in pain and told her so. Now here is another interesting things. Eyebrow threading is listed on the board as $11 but that is only if you pay cash. If you want to pay debit/credit then it's $12 because of some fee mess or something with them using their Ipad to swipe the card. Is that even legal? And when you swipe your card you don't get a receipt unless you give them your email address. What kind of crud is this???? And to add insult to injury, when I got home to check out my eyebrows better, they were red and sore still, each eyebrow had a red raw spot of skin, and she still didn't get some hairs. Someone described it as an "eyebrow factory" and at times it does feel that way because they are so fast with the eyebrow threading. This is my 2nd time at Exquisite to have my brows cleaned up and both times the ladies did a fantastic job! The price is reasonable at $12 for eyebrows and they do offer many other services (check their website) I've been to other places to have my brows threaded before and they had inexperienced people or those still new and timid which led to a more painful than necessary experience; I've never had that here! read more

Never, ever again! I have friends in New York who have raved about threading -- how painless it is, and how gentle. As someone with really sensitive skin, I had high hopes. Full disclosure -- this was my first ever experience with threading, so I don't know how much of this is just me not liking the technique or how much is that these people do a bad job of it. Whichever the case may be, I'm definitely never coming back here again, and probably never trying threading again. I wish I would've done more research before trying this place out. Their website seemed professional, the pics were of a very serene and professional salon space, and the price was definitely right. You get what you pay for, I guess! They have you wait in folding chairs and the whole thing is sort of a make-shift, thrown-together space that looks like they just plopped a couple of salon chairs and mirrors in an empty room. The woman doing my threading actually had me hold my skin taught while she was doing the threading -- ummm, the whole reason I come to a professional is so I don't have to be part of inflicting pain on myself. I want to sit or lie there and try to relax while you're yanking hair out of my skin, not be part of the process. It was so painful, my eyes were actually watering while she was doing the threading. Not sure if these threaders are just inexperienced or poorly trained or if threading is just way more painful than my friends have let on, but I'll be sticking to waxing, thank you very much, and staying far away from this place!! read more

I won't go anywhere else. I stopped at a place closer to my apartment because it was less busy and I was short on time and that was a terrible mistake. They messed up my eyebrows and I came to Exquisite anyway to have them fix it. They did immediately and the lady was so quick and kind. Lesson learned. Every time I go and get my eyebrows done here, usually I get the lady with the glasses and accent that I can't understand, I tell her "I just want them cleaned up and shaped, not too much off." And every time she takes off way too much, takes away my arch, and I end up going home with two completely different shaped thin eyebrows. I've had other ladies and they do a great job, but this lady in particular messes my eyebrows up every single time. If you don't like thin eyebrows, stay away from this lady. read more

So, I've been getting my eyebrows threaded since I started playing with my eyebrows at 13, never got waxed in my life. Since I've been doing it for awhile the shape always remains the same and I usually go every month or so since the hair is used to being shaped that way. Last week or so, I found out that a place near my house threads so I was so excited to go and get cleaned up. I walked in and got a seat immediately, once I sat down I informed the Asian woman that I already have the shape, I like my eyebrows thick and just to clean up a few strays. She literally tugged on my long eyelashes removed most of the hair on my lashes and I got pink eye from the whole ordeal...I came in to get a clean up and left with no inner lashes, eyebrows extremely thin and she (the Asian female) used witch-hazel on me without my permission which irritated me, I literally screamed 'noooo' I have sensitive skin so she only wiped one eye and since her hands touched my eyes (she was placing my fingers on my eyelids along with hers to tugs on the skin) I needed up paying way more than just for the eyebrows...the pink eye was the worst! This place looks like it's a good idea but I definitely will not be returning to that establishment, trust me when I saw you've been warned ladies...extremely unprofessional and bacteria everywhere! To top things off the manger who I spoke with basically told me I didn't lose eyelashes( 'it's impossible he said') and I probably got pink eye from my eyelashes falling into my eye...he basically is saying I lost lashes and the pink eye was the result of it. Wasn't offered a refund not that it helps grow your lashes back, doesn't even amount to what I paid for the prescription eye ointment. I don't know why he felt the need to tell me they've been in business for 6yrs now but I have no idea how this place passes sanitation requirements. please stop the spread of pink eye, it's extremely contagious!! I'd hate for something like this to happen to anyone especially a paying customer, traumatic experience! read more

Discovered this shop a couple of months ago and quickly became a regular. I used to get my brows waxed at Mai's Salon, but I've found that threading is cleaner and lasts longer. The staff here is always nice and accommodating. You can make an appointment, but it's not necessary. The longest I've waited has been maybe 10-15 minutes. And that's okay with me. Most of the "threaders" I've seen here have done my brows to my liking. There is a slight amount of pain in sensitive spots during the process, but it doesn't last long and it's well worth the wait. A friend told me to give this place a try because she has had her eyelash extensions done here. I wanted to try the lash extensions, so I went and was very excited. As the girl was working on me, she dropped the thing holding the lash glue in my eye. She and some of the other workers kept asking if I was okay and trying to wipe up the glue and trying to fan it dry. I was freaked out but I know accidents happen. Then one of the other workers, an older woman, tried telling me it was because I blinked. Excuse me? Me blinking had nothing to do with her dropping the container in my eye. They knew I was upset, I was mostly upset that they tried to blame me. I told them I would not be back. Horrible customer service. read more

I've recently given up on the place I had been getting threaded at due to price hikes, inconsistent service, rude service, etc. Per mention of a friend and some reviews, I decided to check this place out today. First off, the threading salon is nice, well staffed, and has great service. I've been getting threaded for years now, so I'm extremely picky about how it's done. The woman who did my eyebrows took the time to examine my eyebrows, even them out, shape them to my specifications, and touch up any flaws after a final look. Unlike my previous salon that ripped the hair out and kicked your ass out the door after ripping you off, this woman took the time to perfect my eyebrows. 20 minutes of plucking, cutting, trimming, brushing, and BAM! PERFECTION IS MINE! Pay cash and your service is $1 cheaper. I rock fierce eyebrows for the low fee of $11 + a tip (and you should tip if your brows look amazing!). I also really like that they have a rewards card which means your 7th threading is absolutely free. That's a nice way to reward customer loyalty. To those people complaining that you have to hold your eye, please get over yourself. God forbid you have to hold your friggin eyelid. Also, hair removal that pulls out the hair + the root, is not painless! I squirm a bit and I always look like someone hit me in the face with a brick for a couple hours afterwards but the end result is great. It lasts longer than waxing and gives you a more clean and defined brow. read more

I had been meaning to check this place out since they finished adding all of the businesses over there. (Yeah I know those businesses have been done a long time) Anyway, I was headed out of town for the holiday and stopped in between running errands. I waited about 2 minutes for a chair to open up. While waiting, I noticed the decor was very simple but elegant. The person who did my eyebrows did indeed have me holding my skin, (as other reviews stated) for a few minutes so that she could get the right angle. She seemed meticulous and took her time to make sure that her work was perfection. I have never had my eyebrows threaded before, and it was probably just as annoyingly painful as plucking eyebrows. The annoying pain just goes a lot more quickly...and then you are done! I was in and out in probably 10 minutes. If you pay cash you get a dollar off, which makes sense because every time you swipe your card at a business, the business has to pay a percentage of that sale to a merchant company to even be able to accept the credit cards. Its probably how most small businesses should think about operating. Someone else mentioned (in their review) about how they took cards on an iPad. Its call The Square, and yes its legit. To make my point, I had a good experience and my eyebrows looked great. As with anything that gets plucked or pulled, the skin may be a little tender the next day, but if you don't think its worth it, don't pay someone else to groom you. read more

I go there once a month to get my eyebrows threaded, they take their time and make sure you like the results. I've been going to this place since it opened. I had always had a good experience until 2019. The receptionist was taking customers out of order and upsetting waiting clients. Now they have changed their policy to only service people aged 15 and up. My daughter had been going since she was 11. She is now 13 and not able to get service there. This place was a great find in Easton. Only $12 for an eyebrow thread is a great deal compared to the other places you'll find in the area. The salon looks great and clean and the girls are super helpful. You'll get much cleaner lines with threading than you will with waxing. Some of the girls are super quick which concerns me about the quality of the jobs but so far no complaints! read more

I just moved to Columbus about 2 weeks ago from NYC and was looking for a place close to the Easton area where I live to get my eyebrows threaded. It's a great location, I liked the atmosphere, the stylists are so friendly, and I loved my brows. Bita was the stylist who threaded me and she was so friendly and helpful. She also had some great ideas on ways to help my brows grow, as I have thin brows due to bad waxing years ago. I will definitely be going back here every few weeks! read more

The lady who did mine was rude, my eyebrows are way thinner than what I wanted despite saying it multiple times to leave them thick and are 2 completely different shapes.. Eyebrow maintenance hurts whether you're waxing or "threading." I first learned about threading when I lived in Philly and it was good alternative to waxing for me because I didn't break out when threaded (and I refuse to pluck...). When I moved to Ohio, I got a Groupon for Exquisite Threading and the good deal got me in and the experience kept me coming back. Yes, it hurts, but it's a great alternative to waxing if you have sensitive skin. On entrance, the hostess takes your name and offers you a water--as of recent I've never waited more than 10 minutes. You do the threading deed and the technician offers to moisturize your brows with witch hazel--never been a problem for me and I like the pepperminty scent! Maybe it's in my head, but I feel as though threading gives me a good week extra on my brows than waxing (4-5 weeks before I need to return).
