They shaped my eyebrows very well, but my left eyebrow was half the size of the right (thickness wise.) They look absolutely awful. They do not match at all. I am very disappointed. You think they would realize when they make them that different. read more

I would like to start by saying I have not had anything done to my eyebrows in my whole life. I am 29. I always wore glasses and they really covered up my brows so I never worried about them. Well, I had Lasik's done last week and my brows were driving me insane! I could not stand how unruly they were so I started searching for someone to shape them and get them under control! I went for the first time today to have my eyebrows done. I was a little nervous because I thought this was going to be painful but it wasn't too bad. The lady who helped me was fast and was great at shaping them. She knew that I had never had anything done so she explained the process to me - a little. I paid in cash and was charged $11. I tipped her and received my loyalty card. I will definitely return in a couple of weeks! read more

I had the most horrible experience at this salon. The manager from Wisconsin asked me was a Somalian, I'm African American. I was offended. I also watched her ask a customer if they were from Ghana because she had on a shirt that said "Ghana". I will not be returning needless to say. read more

I would give this place no stars if I could. I asked for the girl to shape up my eyebrows and keep them a thicker shape. I told her numerous times before we started that I did not want thin eyebrows. I left with the smallest thinnest eyebrows I have ever had. I am very unhappy with this place. I told her that they were so thin and the shape wasn't even the same. She told me to grow them out!! While shopping with a group of girlfriends at Easton, we decided to walk over to Exquisite Threading to get our brows done. The inside of the salon is very trendy and clean, and we were immediately helped. There were only 2 women working on brows plus a receptionist, so there was a short wait for a few of us, but we were offered a bottle of water while waiting and had a really pleasant experience. I'm always nervous getting my brows done, but they turned out great (I've been trying to grow them a little thicker but have been having trouble finding the right shape). I will definitely come back and maybe try out some of the other services they offer. read more

I want to start of by saying I'm not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I needed to leave one for this place. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 10 years now and I've never gotten them done so terribly in my life. The lady who did my brows the last time I was in barely talked to me the whole time. She was talking to a Co worker and didn't seem to be paying attention much. I didn't really mind because I wasn't looking to small talk and if she could multitask it was ok with it. but when she was done, my eyebrows were off and didn't have the same shape as before.. and it was obviously. She had taken to much hair off of one eyebrow. She let me look into the mirror. I didn't really think it was that bad until i got into the car and looked into the rear view mirror. This visit was before Thanksgiving and I am still trying to grow my eyebrow back so I can get them threaded someplace else. Also, I paid more here than I have at other places. Granted this was one experience and it was the first time this particular lady did my brows... I won't be going back. read more

I have visited this place several times; but my last visit was during the holiday season & it was crowded. I was very impressed because they kept a steady flow in the place they even offered to call me while I walked around in the mall. When it was my turn I was in & out of the chair in 5 mins plus my eyebrows looked fabulous! They even offered the eyelash extension for a discounted rate I would have done it but I didn't have enough time. I will be sure to get it done next time; I will be back soon! read more

I've been here twice - once in June and once in July of this year. The reviews here say that it's $11 if you pay in cash. The website says nothing about this, and both times I went I paid in cash and was charged $12. This kind of inconsistency irks me. The first time I went was a Friday around 5:30 pm and it was busy. The woman doing my eyebrows didn't ask me what I wanted and kind of seemed rushed, so I was scared of what the outcome would be, but it looked fine. The second time also looked fine. I would go here again, but probably won't make it a regular thing. Yes, it hurts but feels exactly as I expected it would. The pain goes away in about 20 minutes. read more

I always feel so pampered when I come here to get my eyebrows threaded! The threaders here do a wonderful job and the salon is beautiful. I never have to wait more than 15 minutes! I also love their loyalty punch card program. Definitely worth the drive from campus and the price (which is cheaper than the threading place at Polaris if I'm not mistaken!). read more

I've been going here a long time, before they moved out of Easton, and I have had three different woman on a regular basis, and each one was worse than the one before! Today I sit with uneven eyebrows, a nick or gash looking out of one and the other has had the top taken off to shape it, not just to remove stray hairs either... My eyebrows are uneven and look bad. Granted my hair is med brown and eyebrows are light brown or dark blond, but these are suppose to be professionals, however these woman are not, they are merely woman who have been raised using the threading method and have no schooling, so if you have light eyebrows or hard to shape brows beware!!!! I'm going to an actual salon next time, like Charles Penzone, better to pay more than to walk around for a month with eyebrows that look like a 2nd grader had done them.... read more

I have very sensitive skin so waxing always makes me red for several days and generally break out (yay for rosacea). I decided to give threading a try after my dermatologist's nurse told me it might be a better option. Yes, it is uncomfortable. Yes, my eyes water due to a combination of messing right by my eyes and the light. However...my brows look better than they ever have before and I don't break. It is no more uncomfortable than waxing and my eyes watered then too. They are very polite, ask what I'm looking for, offer their special (but aren't pushy about it) and the shop is always very clean. I haven't gone often enough yet that I've earned my free threading, but this is my go-to from now on. read more
