I brought my own tire and my own rim with no tire on it and my sensor preprogrammed and just wanted it mounted and they charged me 35.00 and stole my aluminum tire cap on top of it, Do not go to these guys, I went to three other places after I left just to see what they charged and they said 20$ to 25$ with tire disposal and that's having to dismount the tire mind you!! that's ridiculous they are gouging people! I thought Eric expressed Auto on highway 52 in Hudson Florida was a honest person but found out different I took my truck in to have the rear end checked out there was a little whining Eric said it needed pinion bearings in a seal I get my truck back everyone in a while I hear a scraping sound thinking it's brake pads cuz I just had the rear end fixed friend of mine change the starter on my truck and noticed rear end oil sprayed underneath my truck took it back to Eric showed him the leak and he wouldn't do anything about it it's going to cost me $1,600 now to get my truck rear end rebu read more

Absolutely the worst experience I had at any shop in Hudson. They ran my credit card twice for then I was told they couldn't help me to call the bank. My issue wasn't even resolved his mechanics are all incompetent. They have no experience they do guess work. My entire family went here and have all been disappointed with the quality of the work lately. They can't even keep track of your keys, they leave your tires loose, and they do guess work instead of just telling the customer they don't know what the issue is. When they first opened they took their time in fixing everything right. He use to be the one running the shop now he had other people that don't take customers concerns serious and think it's a joke! I don't even know why they have a second shop down the street if they no longer run the primary one the right way. Never going back as I got there before they opened at 8am. Someone who came after me got pulled into the bay before me. I told Jordan I had to have my truck back by 2pm to watch my grandson. All I needed was an oil change and for them to look at the a.c. fan as it was not working. Got back there after 2pm as I was running late and they DID NOTHING...!!! Friendly knowledgeable staff took care of my truck for me when the throttle body went and they squeezed me in today so I didn't have to drive the 60 miles home with a shuddering, misfiring engine. This place is great. Locally owned and operated. The owner constantly is around and helps drive his business. He is fair and honest. His pricing beats everyone. If he makes a mistake he owns it and does the right thing. I went to a dealership yesterday to a local Chevy dealership for a recall and they told me all my sensors on my tires were all bad. All of them.. at the same time. Each one was 166 to fix. That's 450 something dollars. ..when I asked mike to check it out. Did it for free and explained what the cost should be and what he would charge. He's amazing. He has earned my trust. All you want from a mechanic is someone fair and that's him. I just lost my husband a few weeks before and was not sure I had come to the right place as that was always something he would take care of. They have several workers there so you don't have to wait long. I was in and out with 4 new tires (not over priced) and an alignment in 45 minutes. They test drove my car to make sure all was ok. Worst mechanic I've ever been too, I came in with a misfire problem and an oil leak, they fixed the oil leak but when they changed my spark plugs I couldn't even drive my car home. When asked why it's got more problems then before, they said "it came in with problems it's going to leave with problems." And won't even check to see what is all wrong. Says he "won't touch my vehicle again" do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere they don't know what they're doing. read more
