They knowingly installed incorrect parts, and then blamed me for bringing in the parts. They knew I was a widow alone and didn't give a F. DESPICABLE & UNETHICAL. There's a special place in hell for people like this. Unfortunately I learned for 300 bucks it's not worth the trouble of suing, so I'll just let God & Karma sort it out.

Another update, I had my car towed Friday night to Integrity Auto care. The tow truck driver from…read moreAAA was familiar with Integrity Auto care and they did a great job. I was fearing it would be a major transmission problem because you couldn't put it into gear and it's an automatic. They worked on my Kia Forte and found the problem on Monday.If I hadn't had a doctor's appointment on Tuesday. I could've picked it up. Instead, I picked it up this morning Wednesday. They did a great job. It was not a major transmission problem.. It was a small problem, they know I don't have a ton of money so the part I needed was a shift knob. They checked with the Kia Dealer and Auto Parts Stores but it would've been a lot more expensive. Instead, they found a place locally where they could get a used one and install that and it has a 30 day warranty. I'm sure it will last longer than that. Great deal at $299. I also learned today they have a mobile unit and it's Big. I thought it had a race car in it. I took a picture and added it here. If you can't come in, for a little bit of a premium, they can come to you and do some repairs right at your home. I'm not sure which repairs but they will be able to help you. I have been referring people to them, because referrals are the best way to help a company. Once again great job Josh, Shawn and Brian and staff
