One of the closest things you can get to having a NASCAR pit crew work on your car. The owner (I think the guy who usually works the front) is a friendly, knowledgeable, honest guy. He works on all of my family's cars, and he's kept my sorry bucket of bolts running well beyond expectations. Steve is AMAZING! My family has been faithful customers of his for over twenty years (that's before I was born, you know), and now the torch has been passed down to me! Whenever something needs to be done on my '99 Corolla, I know exactly where to go. He always gives you the best deal he can, and if he's inspecting a car and thinks a part needs replaced, he'll take it out and SHOW you the damage on it just so you know he's not doing something needlessly. So us ladies never have to worry about being taken advantage of if we're not car-savvy. He remembers his customers too! Honest? Check. Personable? Check. Had to have fixed thee times within a year and charged me 35 bucks the last time and it's been 3 months later and the hanger is fixing to break again BIGGGEST waste of 200 bucks ever. My family has been bringing our cars to sunrunner since about '98 and we were always happy with the service until recently. my car had broken and was overheating. i took it to steve and he told me my engine block was cracked, it was 1,800 to fix and wasnt worth it because i have an old car. i proceeded to take my car to several different mechanics who all disagreed with steve and said it was my water pump. the final mechanic i came to just fixed my water pump and housing and said that was the problem the whole time. i do not know if steve didnt see the problem or just didnt want to help but i will never come back to this mechanic again because i have found a more reliable mechanic. its a shame that someone my family thought e could trust did this read more
