They did approximately 9700 worth of work on the truck (4+ trips to their shop) to supposedly get the truck in "good driving condition". Supposedly the truck was checked to ensure it was in good driving condition prior to the last visit. We may have driven it 4-5 times since they did the work. Recently we had to have the truck towed to a certified Ford mechanic who told us the serpentine belt was coming apart, the serpentine belt tensioner was broken, the lower charge boot looks damaged and has a boost leak, possible oil leak, passenger side up pipe is cracked, the water pump is leaking and more. I don't normally write bad reviews. While Jason was always helpful in answering questions, I feel they pretty much screwed us out of almost 10 grand as we would have never bought the vehicle if we knew how many problems the truck really had.

She's been extremely helpful and is always knowledgeable about what needs or doesn't need to be repaired. Shortly after buying the car, I began experiencing problems with the traction light, then it was the engine light came on they just reset it, then it was the serpentine belt, then it was my passenger window motor, then the car started smoking really bad. Since then, I've had to bring the vehicle back multiple times for repairs, which has been extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Despite these repeated visits, the issues have not been properly resolved. I expected a reliable vehicle, especially so soon after purchase, but instead I've been dealing with constant back-and-forth and no lasting solution. What's most disappointing is the lack of accountability and urgency in addressing the problem from the sales person Tony from the Springhill location. Never returns calls back. Communication has been inconsistent, and Sam the manager in the shop in Hudson is very rude and pretty much said it's an old car you get what you get. At this point, I would not recommend this dealership to others. Buying a car should come with peace of mind, not ongoing stress and repeated trips to the service department.
