My friend, a mechanic, referred me to Tire Kingdom or I would not have gone. The reviews are terrible. Now I am here to tell you that things have definitely improved. I had a flat that needed repair and showed up early in the morning and was brought right in. The waiting area was clean, people were friendly and they even offered me beverages which they then got for me. Seats were plentiful and magazines available. I listened to what they told other people and their advice seems sound. Unfortunately the patch didn't hold and I had to return that evening but the manager took the time to show me the difficulties they faced in repairing this particular tire. That helped. Later I got bold and mentioned the reviews, which he is aware of. It seems that they were accurate when another management team was in place and is part of the reason that he's now there. My experience would lead me to believe they are moving in the right direction. One star dinged because I needed to return. read more

I paid 679. Dollars for four ties and alignment for SUV 2021 Chev Equinox LT. My receipt states that I paid for 2016 Chev Malibu. Tire Kingdom got Wrong car year, wrong make and model on receipt. After I paid, Tire Kingdom would not correct wrong car errors on receipt. I will cancel payment on credit card. I have no idea if wheel aliment was done. In my opinion These guys are unprofessional and are not very bright to get car year make and model wrong on receipt. read more

My 90 year old mother stopped in because her tire light came on. The mechanic put air in all of the tires and stated she had a nail in a tire and the repair would be $35.00. She drove home and I checked all the tires no nails or other objects in any tires. Don't play games with the elderly that cost them money for your dishonesty! read more

this place is in the business to upsell and mislead customers. went for tires and was told all brakes were worn to 95 % with only 5 % life left on brakes. since i only wanted tires i took it to my auto repair shop i've used for over 25 years. they inspected all brakes and they measured out at 50 percent life , not 5 percent. tried calling mgr but he stated they don't keep records on what mechanic works on which vehicle. i emailed customer service and replied with more info 3 times and never heard back. this place is not recommended in any way as they are not honest. read more

First off let me start with the exceptional greeting I received in the parking lot... I mean it felt like banners and red carpet.. Anthony was nothing short of a godsend. Had all my answers as if we did this a hundred times. Got my vehicle into the bay in a very timely fashion, knowing that I was on a time crunch Anthony jumped in and helped the tech complete the job... This company is about the people! They are fairly priced- staff are beyond compassionate and friendly... They make sure you understand thoroughly the necessary work your vehicle needs. It is more than fairly priced- They are prompt with opening on time- they make sure to get your work done efficiently. They are very straight forward people and make sure they don't cut corners for your safety. Bought a set of 4 tires for our truck at the Tire Kingdom in Odessa FL and headed out for a weekend getaway. Got to the Brooksville FL area and noticed low tire warning on one of the tires. Pulled off to find air leaking from the valve stem. It was 5:45 Pm and I called the Tire Kingdom in Brooksville. They were closing at 6PM, but agreed to wait on us to get there. They replaced the valve stem and had us on our way by 6:20PM. Very good customer service! read more

My daughter had a flat tire in Walmart parking lot today and had her two small children with her, she had only owned the car for two weeks, we didn't even know if this car had a spare. Walmart lady was of no help, said she could show me do it you self section, (I've never changed a tire in my life) I called and asked tire kingdom what I should do, he asked where I was, and two young men came to our rescue! They showed us where the spare would have been had we had one, they took the tire back to the shop, fixed it, brought it back and put back on her car! Didn't charge us anything, I can't tell you what great customer service these men had. My daughter and myself will be forever grateful, and forever customers ! I had hit something in the road 3 hours away from home and realized my tire had a massive bulge on it. I had called multiple stores and none of them had my tire in stock or were willing to replace it with such short notice (it is a Sunday after all) I saw I was near this tire kingdom store and decided to call them as one effort to get help. They said they had my tire in stock and to come in no questions asked. Once I got there I realized they were closing in less than 8 minutes. The employee Robbie at the front said he understands the situation and that they had no problem staying and working after regular business hours to replace the damaged tire. I would have been absolutely screwed if it wasn't for this shop. They were so helpful and got the tire fixed so quickly. I highly recommend this place To anyone who needs service. read more

I made an appointment and brought my car in at the appointed time to get 4 tires I purchased from Tire Rack. Drove 30 minutes to get there. They had no record of the appointment and started ranting about how many cars were ahead of mine and that I would need to wait at least 2 hours. Someone neglected to enter the appointment onto their computer, I'm sure. No apologies, no service and no offer of a discount for my time. Needless to say bad business practices here. Had yet another nail in my tire. (seems to keep happening sadly) went In today to tire kingdom on cortez Blvd brooksville fl and a really nice man Joe helped me. Told me it would be about $30 l, said ok as I'm familiar with the rates now of tire repairs n this is standard n fair. Within minutes they had my car up on the lift and tire repaired. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. He handed me the keys and said this ones on us. What a super nice man and I'm so very grateful. So as I was leaving I asked about an alignment that the dealership told me I was going to need soon and it's 1/2 the price of the dealership. My dealership is about almost an hour from my house so it's nice to have found an automotive place close to home that I can trust. I will be using them in the very near future. My co-worker, who is a senior citizen, went to Tire Kingdom in Brooksville last night for a low tire (very low pressure 23 lbs.) on her way home from work. She got there just before they closed. The person who "helped" her was obviously upset that she came so late and didn't really care to help her. He did put some air in her tire, which was nice, but it was very begrudgingly, and he was pretty rude. He told her, "You can make an appointment tomorrow, but I got 23 ahead of you, so I don't know if I can get you in". I am not really sure what happened to customer service, but it seems to be lost at this place. She has a credit card for them, by the way, which she will be cancelling. read more

SCAMMERS BEWARE ! I went to tire Kingdom today which is my Saturday of my memorial day weekend. I initially wanted a four wheel alignment and asked to upgrade it to a five-year alignment program. I have been waiting there for a couple hours until the technician told the service salesman that he could not get the jam not loose on my tire rod to adjust the alignment. I told the salesman Brett, that I would take the truck to my shop to break the jam not loose. I come back with the truck and they put my truck back on the alignment rack, I wait there a couple more hours and the technician says he still cannot get the alignment correct because the tie rod is rusted. The salesman told me I needed to get my tie rod replaced in order to receive an alignment. I asked Brett the salesman to show me the tie rod, only to find look that the tie rod threads had been completely damaged from the technician gripping the threads with a set of cobra pliers. I showed the salesman Brett where the technician had damaged my left tie rod. I told Brett that I wanted my tire rod replaced, in which he did. I also asked Brett how he would accommodate me for having me there since 9:30 AM and it now being 3:30 in the afternoon, for a job that should have taken an hour. Brett told me he wasn't going to charge me for the tie rod or the labor and wasn't going to charge me for my alignment which I feel he should have done anyway. Especially since he tried to blame the technicians damage on rust to get me to purchase another tie rod and charge me for the labor top of a five-year alignment. I felt the gentleman there and the technicians tried to take advantage of me, but they did not know I have been a technician for 10 years. I further stated because they weren't going to do anything really for me that I was going to contact corporate and let them know how my experience was at their shop. read more

I found a nail in my tire and needed quick service. Brett told me to come in right away and confirmed that it could not be repaired, as I suspected due to the location (sidewall) of the nail. The tire was an odd size and he located one quickly and arranged to have it delivered the next day. He originally suggested a cheaper option due to the limited amount of driving I do, but we then decided on a better brand. Then he asked if I would like the spare put on since the damaged tire was not holding air. I agreed and it was done in less than 10 minutes. Purchased set of tires Tire Kingdom, Cortez Blvd and went back for a rotation some time later. I'm in the waiting room a short time when the manager storms in and accuses me of cross threading one of the lug bolts. Totally stunned I told him it's impossible since the last time those tries were off was here at Tire Kingdom. He continued to argue with me basically calling me a liar until I had enough and left without rotation. I took my car to another tire place where they without any trouble rotated all 4 tires. I called corporate and told them about the treatment I received. Corporate didn't do anything but say they were sorry, end of story. I chose Tire Kingdom, while on vacation, to get a needed oil change and tire rotation because they're associated with Big O. My tires are Big O and I have lifetime service free. Well, I was very disappointed to find out a day later that the air pressure was not checked when they rotated the tires. All were low and one was 20 lbs. light. I can't wait to be done with these Clowns. I'm sitting at their location. Waiting two hours for them to finish the tire replacement they did yesterday. After having tires replaced I had low pressure in two tires and had to return the same day. Yesterday was over another two hour wait. But in fairness yesterday I didn't have an appointment. Today I'm a return customer with a problem due to their incompetence. They could care less. They already got my money. I'm today the valve stem is bad on the new tire. Actually they didn't replace the valve stem correctly. But they are taking their good ol time. Which is giving me an opportunity to see how they operate. What Clowns.. telling patrons things like.. you'll have a spin out if you don't fix those breaks. When I was in yesterday two of them tryed to pressure me into getting a strut replaced. It went from leaking bad, to just starting to leak alittle. When I informed them I have a great mechanic. Bruce at Ice Cooled Air. He's so honest and actually checked my brakes last week. He would have mentioned if I had a bad strut. I hope these clowns didn't damage the strut. read more

Seeing all these bad reviews made me kinda weary of my first visit but after 2 visits now I've had a pretty good experience. The first visit was for a complete new set of tires and an alignment. The front associate was awesome and took care of everything for me and was also friendly the whole visit. The second visit was today and it was my first rotation although an issue did come up. I scheduled a 3:30 service online and when I arrived the front associate told me their system had me for 4:30 instead. I showed him my email confirmation and he instantly worked through the issue and had someone taking care of the service within 5-10 minutes of me sitting down in the lounge. After maybe 20 minutes I was driving away happily. Overall, from my experience so far they're not as bad as all the other reviews say but I can only speak for my 2 visits thus far. read more

Excellent service as usual. Brought my car in for a loud noise. They diagnosed and replaced a wheel bearing, tire rotation and oil change. I feel they went above and beyond today. They found excessive oil on the motor and took the time to completely clean my engine to find an oil leak; no charge. Always the best price. It's a popular store and so busy as expected. Well, First reason I called this Chain store was my son needed two Cooper tires for his Dodge truck. The two front ones I had ordered on Amazon. I should have done it this time too. Called on a Monday to see if they had them in stock. Had to order and they said 330 pm Wednesday to bring it in. Get there at 320 pm on Wednesday, they drive the truck in, raise it up, take wheels off truck, then tell me the tires aren't there yet, coming in on Friday. I made an appointment for Friday at 2 pm. Arrived at 145 pm on Friday, Clerk starts looking for tires, comes back in on computer, goes back to shop, comes back in. Well,He said, I was off yesterday so don't know what happened,maybe tires are discontinued, maybe old date codes on them so they didn't send them. I didn't get a memo about it! Tried to sell us two BF Goodrich for same price, declined as they wouldn't match the front ones. No apology for two wasted trips to their store 10 miles away twice in two days. Couldn't even call to save a trip either I guess. I will never spend a $$$ at Tire Kingdom. They were trying to up-sell everyone else for more $$$ the whole time we were there too! After you read this, check other RECENT reviews. This place is awful, stay away.....Drove my vehicle in for a flat fix. Tire was not flat when I drove it in and was holding air with no issues. I leave it there. Jeff calls a little while later to tell me the tire can't be fixed and I need to buy 2 tires and pay for a wheel alignment to go with it. Cost:$275. I recently purchased 4 Pirelli 80,000 mile tires from sams club that included an alignment for $370- out the door for my other vehicle. So I ask Jeff to just put my tire back on. He proceeds to tell me he cant, it's unsafe because the flat has been fixed (I used fix a flat). He also tells me the fix a flat broke down the inside of the tire. What?? In short Jeff tells me the tire can't be used to go a few blocks away (I told him home not to be rude, but wanted to go to to Sam's Club). I asked him if he was holding my car hostage until I purchased new tires. He responds that Tires Kingdom's policy is to not send out cars they deem unsafe and so they can't put my tire back on because they didnt fix the tire. So, wait, what is a person to do that only has enough to fix a flat and not purchase tires? Apparently, they don't get their car back. In the end, I paid $20 for them to put my spare tire on because even though they took my tire off to fix it and couldn't they wouldn't give me it back in the same condition they got it. Jeff's comment when I asked why I had to pay to have a tire put back on when they took one off and refused to give me the car in the same condition they got it? "What do you expect us to do? Work for free?" No smart ass, I expect you to assess my cars situation and if you can't or won't fix it, give it back to me in the same condition I gave it to you. Not force me, or anyone else, to make a purchase. I DEFINITELY do not recommend a place that takes your car apart then holds it for ransom until you make a purchase....what if YOU went here and didn't have a spare or enough money for new tires? Afterall, if you had money or a desire for new tires, why would you be looking to fix one? Save time, money, and aggavation....go to Sam's. One thing they did do, their employee wiped my rim and they kept the tire to toss. Update: $390 for 4 new Pirelli tires, $70,000 miles at Sam's, Brooksville location. read more

I went to this location after the shop on 52 in Hudson couldn't get my 2000 Audi A6 alignment correct. They did find a problem and did cover my 4th re-alignment under warranty but the car still isn't correct. They didn't notice my one tire was flat since it is a run - flat tire and one thing you do 1st is check and fill tires with air. I will be contacting corporate for a refund. After chewing up my tires and 4 different chances to get it correct it seems the Audi suspension is tricky to get correct. Audi's also require a small margin of difference in the settings. By the print outs supplied they don't try hard to get them closer to spec. They seem knowledgeable tho. read more

Bought my tires here with road hazard protection. I've had a slow leak that was more of a bother and scheduled an appt. came in and they said they had someone call in sick and asked me to reschedule since they were busy. I came in a week later and they fixed the leak. I had a small screw in my tire. The next morning I went out to my truck and my tire was flat. Filled it up and brought it back. They fixed it again and told me the patch was leaking and that "it's one in a thousand" that this happens. Went out to my truck today and the tire was flat again. So here I am for the third day in a row wasting my time sitting here hoping they fix it right this time. Needless to say my next tires won't be from this store. The Tire Kingdom in Hudson is much better rated. read more

I went to this store to get a valve stem replaced. Instead they refused to do the repair and tried to hard sell me a new tire. I went to another local tire store, not only did they replace the valve stem they did it for free. Never will I ever use tire kingdom again. Run don't walk away from this store. read more

I went to this location for the free brake inspection. While they said I still had some life on the brake pads my rotors needed to be turned. $250 for strictly labor. New rotors can be purchased for less than $50 each I declined the offer. I also said there was a noise accompanying the brakes. They never road tested the vehicle. They quoted replacing parts that are not on my truck. I just had my brakes serviced at a great shop in Brooksville. Cost to turn rotors- $40. I went in at 5:30 to get a tire fixed due to a small leak. There were 2 customers ahead in progress and got done around 6:00 pm. I asked for an oil change since I was waiting there already. No more customers were in the store. The person in charge did honor the online rate and I am thankful for that. I was out around 7:00 pm. I think the service is very slow for 4 employees to be working. The whole job should have been no more than 15- 20 minutes. read more

I was in a hurry to get a tire repaired, and almost didn't go to Tire Kingdom based on all the bad reviews, but I can safely say my experience was quite a bit different. I had no appointment, and didn't have the Michelin's i needed in stock, but they set me up with another 50000 mile tire, and had me in and out of there in 20 minutes. They even put the spare back in the trunk with all of the jack accessories etc, that I had left strewn in the trunk. Definitely would recommend these guys. read more

I went to Tire Kingdom on Cortez Blvd Brooksville,FL on 9/10/16. I had to put on the spare myself as a small woman i guess i could not tighten enough. I wanted to get an oil change and have them move my back tire to front where the spare was. When the manager Kurt heard the spare was wobbling he came in front of other customers and started yelling at me saying I risked an accident and making a scene. I went outside in tears then a mechanic came out and apologized for his behavior and told me it was a rubber piece I had to take off not the tightness of the bolts.The abusive verbal treatment was not over Stephen checked me out and started running his mouth I told him he was rude and he told me I was never allowed back he would not service me.I will never go back anyway this is not the first time they were rude. read more
